NAU MAI, HAERE MAI

Welcome to Rangi Ruru Girls’ School and thank you for taking the time to come and experience all that Rangi Ruru has to offer. I hope that you leave today with a sense of who we are, what we stand for and an understanding of what makes Rangi Ruru the amazing place that it is. At Rangi

Ruru we understand the importance of connection, each student being known as an individual but belonging to a family, one that is 132 years old and still holds to the values laid down all those years ago.

Our rangatahi are looking forward to meeting you and showing you around our school that they are so proud to be a part of.

TOUR HANDBOOK

Welcome to Rangi Ruru! I am Arabella Acland, the Head of School for 2023. I am so excited that you are able to come and be a part of the Rangi Ruru experience. I have been at Rangi since I was in Year 8. Throughout my five years I have felt I have been a part of a sisterhood like no other. I have been constantly surrounded by people who widen my perspective and allow me to embrace my strengths and passions.

The most significant aspect of being a student at Rangi is the nurturing and supportive academic staff that you are surrounded by. Every day in the classroom I am being challenged to think outside the box and to be creative.

I hope you feel excited to come and be a part of a vibrant and encouraging school. Please don’t hesitate to talk to any of the friendly students around school today and be sure to immerse yourself in everything the school has to offer.
