Professional Experience:

Farzana is a lawyer who has spent time in academia and the private and not for profit sectors. Farzana specialises in labour and employment law and maintains a special research interest in the area of business and human rights. Her specific interest is in the extent to which businesses impact upon human rights and the legal and corporate social responsibility implications that arise from this. Farzana is also an executive coach and trainer with an interest on advancing women’s leadership in the workplace.
