SCENE AND CORRESPONDING SPACES
We defined a 140mx140m block and divided it into 9 cells as a basic block. Then, the basic block was developed into kindergarten block, college block, office block and factory block based on the single building we used to designed. Finally,the city was formed with some block combination rules.

Through the contrastive analysis of daily activities and the analysis of the relationship between quality and job, it can be seen that the growth of children's life needs and quality is not necessarily suitable for some jobs.
New Social Rules
Under the new rules, due to the popularization of information, adults and children are divided into competent and non-competent according to their productive capacity. The competent enter the production system of society and enter scientific research, factories or offices according to their expertise, while the non-competent enter the education system for learning. According to the results of the assessment, they enter kindergartens, primary education, secondary education and higher education respectively. At different levels of education, they will get certain IQ and EQ values. When these two achievements accumulate enough to be judged as competent, they will be imported into the social production system.
