The idea derived from targeted poverty alleviation policies led me to focus on the urban areas that have always lagged behind urban development, what we commonly call these urban enclave urban villages in China.Taking Zhangyan village of Nanchang city, Jiangxi province, China as the site, I made an in-depth analysis of the site and residents here. How to make the residents of urban villages have a more powerful voice in the city is the key to the transformation.
