Praise be to God, who created man and taught him statement to clarify its ambiguities realities and inform him about the puzzled dilemmas. An act of God to man when he wants to steer the path of expression and clarification of mysterious issues related to existence so the truth is like the light that comes from the meaning so as to haunt the meaning and guidance. The best prayer and peace be upon the master of the earlier and the last ones, Mohammed (PBUH) and his family .O loved readers, there are many words and meanings to clarify some of the facts that have long awaited the reader while going through a book or a magazine or a newspaper. But a little of them affects the nail and infect the readiness of the same man that starts out about the same man that starts out about the change. The change of self is not that easy, only when God have mercy on man and change it. The change of the society lies beneath fancy, and to be far from the source of life, to have more than one meaning and more than one meaning and more than one kind of eloquence. Not only piety in writing is needed, but piety in work as well as piety in delving inside the self, and the pen that throws itself between the folds of thought that stems from the bad self that needs to start from self-ego, from the substance to the appearance and dimensions even the convulsion of oneself aspiring toward sin and restrict faith by the robust of God. Jesus says to his companions (I forebode you from committing sin and today I forbid you from thinking about sin, igniting a candle in a white house and even if it does not burn it, it blackened the walls…) What a steering wonderful for the self that jostles and what a proper starting that begins with the easiest and dives in the most difficult. The Prophet (PBUH) says: You came from the lesser Jihad to the greater one, and it is the jihad of the soul and the Lord of glory swears by this self after he swears before : “ By the sun and its brightness And [by] the moon when it follows it And [by] the day when it displays it And [by] the night when it covers it And [by] the sky and He who constructed it And [by] the earth and He who spread it And [by] the soul and He who proportioned.” All these great assets well-made subject to the control of the self which controls the world in corruption or correction. Indeed, the maker of human history and inspiring civilization with the compass of progress and sophistication, and compass of delays in the dustbin of the history. Pondering upon this with my readers before their eyes fall on the words of the magazine with admiration and understanding once, and with puzzles other times. This is the same reading in which the Messenger of God (PBUH) pronounced the revelation. A quick look throughout the pages of the magazine, I may clarify that ambition accompanies the work in order to provide the best of what is needed to serve the visitors heading to the majestic peaks of these magnificent models that painted history of our nation with pride. I have to stand in honour , respect and appreciation for these benevolent , demotion and altruism or at the level of work , care and management. All are working with the circle of capacity as a the poet, Abu Altayb Al Mutanabi said : Resolutions are measured against those who make them; generosity in accordance with the giver Littleness is magnified by small men, while grandeur is deprecated by the great. This is the competition and the acceleration to gain God blessings: (And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous). There were ways to seize forgiveness of God, and acceptance of good deeds which are the touchstones of every deed. God Almighty is great as He forgives us and all our sins. Dear Beloved, Let’s seize the opportunities of life by making acceptable life as the events of the day and night will end our life. What matters is the giving in those years, about what God calls them astray cattle from the right path. I emplore God Almighty to awaken us from sleep, and reconcile all towards the march of the righteous and to accept our good deeds.

The Eighth Conference of the heads of relations in the Shiite Endowment

The Eighth conference of the heads of relations in the Shiite Endowment and Mazarats was held in Alkufa Masjid on Wed. 29th Jan., 2014 for the heads of the relation.Many speeches were given by the participants in the conference. Mr. Mahmood Al Hashmi, the head of the Department of the Relations and Media, clarified that this conference is a continuation of a series of meetings which the heads of the relations held where the conclusions and recommendations were achieved. He added that the conference discussed many issues to improve these departments and those officals related to them. In the evening session, conclusions and recommendations were discussed before giving them to Shiite Waqif to approve them.

Encyclopedia of Shiite shrines Iraq is the country of the prophets and his family and companions and followers and other children of the imams and parents (PBU them). Iraq is honoured by the holy shrines which are Islamic features and cultural heritage and historical evidences which is the centre of the intellectual and spiritual radiation. Many of Iraqis do not know all the holy shrines, not to mention the Muslims in various Islamic countries. The general Secretariat attempted since its establishment to achieve the scientific and administrative goals. All these efforts are taken into consideration , and the first scientific project is launched for the preparation of a comprehensive encyclopedia includes all Shitte shrines in Iraq to be a compressive and scientific reference that occupies a place in the scientific in the hearts of Muslims , dealing with the shrines and its history , location and are interested in their science, students and their high status in the hearts of Muslims .The challenges they faced in their role of preserving the mission of Islam and to analyze things for the Muslims and for future generations of the owners of the shrines in all walks of life. It is by knowing the value of morality in the eyes of Islam manifested us optimal answer to this question, in view of the Islamic religion good morals are not considered an important aspect of religion, but it is a form of depth and realism . The University and the shrines Iraq is the home of the people who are associated to the school of AL alBait. The school which the revelation is not stopped. It as its duty to maintain the mission of the Prophet (PBUH) represented by the Honorable Seminary ,Iraq is honoured by holy shrines as they are today as Islamic features , humanitarian, cultural legacy of historicl evidence and radiation centres of intellectual and spiritual attraction, and is decorated with treasures of Iraq. Serving the sacred shrines with all means of knowledge and science.To make them tributaries of the religious and intellectual centres of radiation and unity among Muslims and unifying the the ranks of the nations to stand against exremmism and the dissemination of cultute of tolerance andcoexisence among the civilizations. The General Secretariat of the Shiite Shrines since its foundation exerted more efforts whether scientifically, or administratively attempted to achieve its objectives in the services of the shrines. To complement these efforts, the General Secretariat tended to extend bridges among academics from various disciplines in order to strengthen the relationship with the scientific institutions for the advancement of the General Secritariat of the shrines scientifically and intellectually, and administratevely. As the university main aim is to be at the service of the society and as the shrines are fundamental centres for the Iraqi society, hence the university provides services to the shrine. The shrines need the architect to sustain its architecture and the archaeologist to study the ruins, and the investigator to achieve the lineages of the owners of the shrines. Furthermore, it needs the historian, the designer, the artist, the journalist, the administrative, the anthropologists, the pschologists, and the educationists and other academics from the universities. The General Secretariat has taken steps towards communicationg with the universities, scientific institutions and research centre to benefit from the accumulated experience of the professors, academics, and strengthen the bonds of communication withthem .Directin their efforts and their pens for the preparation of studies , research and consultancy that will achieve the objectives of the shrines. The following steps which are taken by the Secretariat Mr Abbas Mohammad Ridha Alsa’adi are: - Make memoradum of understanding and cooperation with some universities, colleges and research centres and consulting offices of the universities - Involvement of the academics in the preparations for the first scientific conference of the shrines - The launch of the comprehensive scientific and comprehensive encyclopedia of Shiite shrines in Iraq with the cooperation of the academics. - Creating a Centre for acdemic Studies and Research that cocentrates ont he Shiite shrines ,affairs , their owners , history and ways of developing them , working in the light of the academic program , according to the plan need of the Secretariat and the Shiite Endowment of research . This centre studies and investigates the strategic programs. . This means the submission of studies and advice and to address the problems and write books related to the shrines and history works in which a group of leading scientists and academics in various disciplines are chosen in accordance with the need. . -It also contributes to the development of the centre in the functional skills of cadres of the research staff of the Secretariat as well as the Shiite Endowment through training programs and the establishment of courses and seminars, lectures and specialized workshops and seminars.
