POST-TOUR

Two-day tour discovers the beautiful architecture and landscape of Seoul while learning about its history. Additional survey for confirmation of post tour will be sent soon with exact price.

We will stay at guesthouse in Hongdae. Hongdae (the area in front of Hongik University) is a neighborhood known for its youthful and romantic ambience, underground cultures, and freedom of selfexpression.

After you visit Korean traditional market and try Korean style foods, it’s time to play! Eight kinds of Korean traditional games prepared by CC! You might know some of the games, but most of them would be unfamiliar. However, don’t worry! CC will explain and you’ll understand the rules easily! Have fun and enjoy exotic games, you had never experienced before!

(1) 땅따먹기 (Ttang ta meuk ki) The number of participants : All There are 8 boxes numbered from 1-8, marked with choke, on the ground. This game is to reach number 8 starting from number 1, using pebble.

(2) 무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다 (Sharon flower has just bloomed!) The number of participants : All You can move only when Sul-rae, tagger in Korean, says ‚Sharon flower has just bloomed.‛

(3) 단체줄넘기 (group jump-rope) the number of participants : All ① Every players stand by the line. ② If CC members turn the line, everyone jump at the same time. ③ The team which jumped rope more number of times wins the game.

(4) 제기차기 (Jegichagi) the number of participants : 3 of each team

① Players hit a small object called jegi with their feet. ② Count the total number of hitting jegi by 3 persons. ② The team which hit jegi more number of times wins the game.

(5) 알까기 (flicking go stone) the number of participants : All ① Each player line up go stones of 10

② Move stones by flicking fingers to push the other team's stones out of the board.

(6) 꼬리잡기 (Catch the tail) The number of participants : All ① Each team, Choose one person who will be head of team.

② The other people stand behind the head and grab the waist of person who is in front of each person. ③ If one head grab the other team’s tail person, the team which includes head wins. And If one team’s line is cut, the team loses. ④ We have 3 rounds. The team that wins twice will be winner team.

(7) 딱지치기 (Hit the “ttak-ji”) The number of participants : All

(8) 얼음땡 (Ice-Clangor) The number of participants : All ① By the rock-paper-scissors game, Choose the tagger. ② People except the tagger should get around no to be caught by the tagger.

③ People except the tagger can use the ‚Ice‛ chance. If you say ‚Ice‛ and don’t move when you are likely to be caught by the tagger, the tagger can't catch you. ④ Iced person can’t move until un-iced people touch the person and say ‚Clangor‛ ⑤ If all the people is iced, the team of the tagger at the moment wins. ⑥ We have 3 rounds and one round is 4 minutes. When time’s up, team of the tagger at the moment loses.

HOW TO USE SUBWAY

 Incheon Int’l Airport Station : Airport station. We will pick you up on this station.  Gyeyang : Transition station. You should change subway line from ‘Airport railroad’ to ‘Incheon 1.’  Central Park : Accomodaition&Pre-stay. You will stay ‘Songdo Central Park Hotel’ for 7days near this station.  Campus Town : Logi. Every session and most of events will be held ‘SUNY’ near this station.  Hongik Univ : Post-stay&Post tour. If you choose post tour with us, you will stay here.  Gwanghwamun : Global village. GV will be held here with us and Korean.

 Seoul’s transportation system is very convenient. At first glance, it might look complicated, but if you use this system just once or twice, you will recognize its convenience. 

1. DELEGATE FEE  Total DG Fee: 388,800 KRW - DG Fee: 353,500 KRW - Damage Fee: 35,300 KRW  Important note: The same DG Fee applies to all rounds (1st, 2nd & 3rd). However, cash on site payments paid on Day 0 are differentiated, for more reference revise our payment methods.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY  Free of charge cancellation: - Until March 7 at 23:59 GMT+9 (Applies only to 1st & 2nd round)  Cancellation Fee: - 1st & 2nd round: 212,350 KRW (Applies from March 8 to March 13 23:59 GMT+9)

 Payment Procedures Bank/Wire Transfer - MCVPs Finance should collect the full amount for each delegation and pay the DG Fees of his/her entity and transfer them together at once (This is done in order to avoid extra wire transfer fees) - You can transfer/wire the fees through any bank that accepts

SWIFT CODE transactions. The wire fees would be as follows: 10,000 KRW + Your bank’s wire fee For example, if you were wiring fees for 5 DGs it would be: Entity’s delegation fees = 1,944,000 KRW (388,800 KRW multiplied by 5) + 10,000 KRW + your bank’s wire fee Remember, overseas remittance charge is each entity's responsibility.

- All DG Fees should be processed in Korean Won (KRW) or the equivalent amount in your local currency, since the bank would automatically exchange currencies. Also let us know the estimate time your bank takes to successfully clear the transaction.

- CCVP F will confirm your payment upon receiving your payment. - In the case of any difference between the amount sent and the amount received, due to bank errors, CCVP F will invoice you for the remaining amount, which should be cancelled on Day 0. full payments have been made.

ďƒź Exceptional Cases - If a VISA is rejected WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN MARCH 20th and the delegate correctly submitted all the documents on time following the timelines given by the Diplomatic-consular post he/she can proceed with a request of reimbursement. - In order to forward this request of reimbursement the delegate has to send a scanned copy of his/her VISA with the seal "VISA rejected"

- The CCVP F and AK MCVP F&L will analyze the information provided and eventually will refund 85% of the total DG Fee (330,480 KRW) withholding 58,320 KRW in order to cover all accommodation cancellation fees. For further assistance, feel free to contact CCVP Finance, Kevin:
