Global Village is an event which opens the door of APC 2015.

Purpose of this event is to promote cultural exchange and understanding among delegates and Korean citizens. It will be a great chance to introduce your country.

GLOBAL VILLAGE PREPARATION HEY AIESEC ! CC team would like to give you some notices to successfully hold Global Village. 1. Prepare your country’s traditional costumes. You will need them for traditional costume fashion shows on stage. Delegates who best represent their countries will be chosen by Korean citizens. So prepare to showcase your country’s culture! 2. Prepare packed foods, costumes, pamphlets, booklets or other materials to represent your country.

Anything is OK! You will display them on your booth. 3. Time for traditional dance performances is prepared! If you want to participate in this event, Chief delegate should upload performance videos on YouTube and send link to Amy (CCVP E&F) until March 14th 23:59: jihee.won@aiesec.net

Length of the performance should be 8-10 minutes. 4. There will be stage events, in which delegates and Korean citizens participate together. So we need your active participation

GALA DINNER - Central Park Hotel-

After the last session of the conference, you’ll have time to dress up and move to the hotel. There will be AI Awarding to celebrate the achievements of entities. After that, you will have time to enjoy buffet style dinner and freely network with others while having dinner.

1. DELEGATE FEE  Total DG Fee: 388,800 KRW - DG Fee: 353,500 KRW - Damage Fee: 35,300 KRW  Important note: The same DG Fee applies to all rounds (1st, 2nd & 3rd). However, cash on site payments paid on Day 0 are differentiated, for more reference revise our payment methods.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY  Free of charge cancellation: - Until March 7 at 23:59 GMT+9 (Applies only to 1st & 2nd round)  Cancellation Fee: - 1st & 2nd round: 212,350 KRW (Applies from March 8 to March 13 23:59 GMT+9)

Full DG Fee 353,500 KRW (Applies from March 14) - 3rd round: Full DG Fee 353,500 KRW

Cash on site - Pay on Day 0 (Check-in) - Total DG Fee: 427,000 KRW DG Fee: 391,700 KRW Damage Fee: 35,300 KRW

 Payment Procedures Bank/Wire Transfer - MCVPs Finance should collect the full amount for each delegation and pay the DG Fees of his/her entity and transfer them together at once (This is done in order to avoid extra wire transfer fees) - You can transfer/wire the fees through any bank that accepts

SWIFT CODE transactions. The wire fees would be as follows: 10,000 KRW + Your bank’s wire fee For example, if you were wiring fees for 5 DGs it would be: Entity’s delegation fees = 1,944,000 KRW (388,800 KRW multiplied by 5) + 10,000 KRW + your bank’s wire fee Remember, overseas remittance charge is each entity's responsibility.

- All DG Fees should be processed in Korean Won (KRW) or the equivalent amount in your local currency, since the bank would automatically exchange currencies. (For more -reference check with your bank and CCVP F) - Please, provide CCVP F with valid evidence of your wire/transfer via email after making the payment to: kyusub.lee@aiesec.net . Also let us know the estimate time your bank takes to successfully clear the transaction.

- CCVP F will confirm your payment upon receiving your payment. - In the case of any difference between the amount sent and the amount received, due to bank errors, CCVP F will invoice you for the remaining amount, which should be cancelled on Day 0. (Exceptional cases) Cash on Site - To be paid on Day 0, March 21st (Check-in) in Korean Won. ďƒź Delegation Receipts The receipts for your delegation will be send to your MCVP F once

full payments have been made.

ďƒź Exceptional Cases - If a VISA is rejected WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN MARCH 20th and the delegate correctly submitted all the documents on time following the timelines given by the Diplomatic-consular post he/she can proceed with a request of reimbursement. - In order to forward this request of reimbursement the delegate has to send a scanned copy of his/her VISA with the seal "VISA rejected"

- The CCVP F and AK MCVP F&L will analyze the information provided and eventually will refund 85% of the total DG Fee (330,480 KRW) withholding 58,320 KRW in order to cover all accommodation cancellation fees. For further assistance, feel free to contact CCVP Finance, Kevin:

AIRPORT PICK-UP Arrival by Flight on 19 & 20 March

Pick-up time @Incheon International Airport : 9:00 AM – 23:00 PM – Using subway  Arrived delegates will be formed into groups by their arrival time. Pick-up would be on 10:30 AM, 2 PM, 5:30 PM, 9 PM, 11PM.  For those who cannot meet up to these pickup times, we will provide you specific guidelines from airport to find their way to their respective pre-stay accommodations. (It would not be so difficult to find, so do not worry so much)  Arrived delegates should assemble at gate C of arrival terminal. There will be a CC member to meet the delegates upon their arrival to instruct on gate C. When you arrive at Hongdae Station (the station near to our pre-stay), there will be also CC member who will pick you up.  Please prepare about 7,000 KRW(won) in cash, since it would be needed when you take subway.  Emergency call : +82-10-2534-6336 / +82-10-3453-3730

Two-day tour discovers the beautiful architecture and landscape of Seoul while learning about its history. Payment: 150,000(KRW) – Cash on site at Day 0(21st, Mar)

We will stay at guesthouse in Hongdae. Hongdae (the area in front of Hongik University) is a neighborhood known for its youthful and romantic ambience, underground cultures, and freedom of selfexpression.
