A Warm-up Brainstorm session was conducted in the beginning, as well as the ambitions and challenges were discussed and identified.

KLM wants to optimize the X-Gates area. We see optimization as achieving the goal of punctuality and gaining closer relations towards customers.

Based on our method and the importance of KLM’S history, we developed the concept of Royal Hall, which contains Crown (X-Gate office), Royal bar (boarding desk), and Royal pods (private workign space).
