The AIESEC Team in Wuhan, China, were very accommodating, organising many activities for the interns to do with them, along with being available if we had any individual issues. The experience working with New Oriental was very enjoyable, by the very nature of the teaching work, but there were a couple of small issues with them. The timetabling was often unreliable and/or unfair, and the cash payments were less than encouraging... I had an amazing time in China and would definitely recommend AIESEC to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful time on my internship. The main development for me was on a personal level. My exchange helped me become more culturally aware, meet like-minded people from all across the world and experience new things I never could have imagined. The work was fun, challenging and rewarding, but I did not receive any professional training, despite my working in a well-reputed English school across China. Despite a lack of training, I did improve my teaching through experience and understood the organisation more fully after finishing my internship.

It was thoroughly an amazing learning and selfdeveloping experience. I learnt new skills and developed current ones along with trying new things and ways of working. Learning about new cultures, meeting people from diverse backgrounds and working together was absolutely amazing. Definitely something that's help me build as an individual. Overall it was a fantastic experience and if I got the opportunity I'd go again.
