CHILDRENS LITURGY- This group is open to children aged between 4-9 years (9.30am Mass) FAMILY MASS- Next Sunday 27th November 9.30am Mass. After Mass all the children of the Parish are invited into the Retreat Hall for crafts/activities – soft drinks & biscuits.

Long live Christ the King!! FR. MALACHY’S DIAMOND JUBILEE OF ORDINATION will take place on Tuesday 13 December. Mass will celebrated at 6.00pm followed by a reception in the parish hall. Thank you to all those who have handed in donation envelopes – there is still time to contribute if you wish.

Refugee prayer: A great way to start Advent Our Lady Immaculate Parish Whitstable Justice and Peace group invite you to a family prayer for refugees on Sunday 27th November, 4pm starting in the social centre, Castle Rd. Please bring something that represents your identity (e.g. passport, driver's licence, cuddly toy for the children) and also a photo of your family (either printed off or on your phone). Social Justice. People in Kent concerned about issues of social justice get together to discuss these matters from time to time at the Area Bishop’s house (“The Hermitage”, More Park, West Malling ME19 6HN). The next such gathering is scheduled to run from 2 till 4 pm on Sun. 20th Nov. All are welcome to join us then, or to contact Phil Kerton on 01474 873802 to get informed about future events. [“Our Concerns: Prayer, Peace, Poverty, Prisoners, Persecution, Pollution”] SVP ANNUAL CHRISTMAS HAMPER APPEAL. We plan to deliver hampers to local families in need, on the 8th December. If you are in a position to donate items for the hampers, please check the list on the blackboard in the Church porch. Your support is greatly appreciated. SVP PARISH CHILDRENS PARTY Children aged 4 – 11 are invited to the party on Saturday 10th Dec. It starts at 2pm – further details and application forms are available next weekend at the back of the church. Please return completed forms in the box by Sunday 4th Dec. SVP ADVENT SNOWFLAKE APPEAL – Next Sunday, collection jars will be available at the back of the church for our annual snowflake appeal. When you open your Advent Calendar each day please place a silver coin in your snowflake jar. Please bring the jars back on Christmas Day, whichever Mass you come too. The money collected will help our local people in need. Thank you. OUR PARISH Christmas Fair: 3rd December – ONLY 2 WEEKS TO GO!! Donations are still needed (No Bric-a-brac please). There are still a few spaces left for your own stall: £10.00 paid prior to the day. Raffle tickets on sale in shop NOW! Helpers urgently needed. Christmas Cards…. Now on sale in the shop. CONFIRMATION 2017 Call to young people in Years 9 & 10. To gift-aid your offering please fill in one of the forms at the back of Church. The Catholic Youth Service Collection will be taken next weekend. Adoration every weekday: One hour, from 8.30-9.30a.m. Also Saturday morning, 10.00 to 11.00. There is a further opportunity each week: at Convent Chapel, 25 Western Esplanade from 4.30 to 5.30 p.m. on Fridays.
