A MOST SINCERE THANK YOU to all who have been involved in the Holy Week services: the choir with the delightful surprise of extra musical instruments…..the altar servers who have excelled themselves…all who helped with readings……and all the people in the background who made sure things were in the right places at the right times…..and we are sure that the Flower Guild will produce arrangements which will gladden the eyes and lift the hearts…they are at work as this newsletter is being printed – thank you in advance to them. PLATEA Number 6: thank you so very much to all who stepped up and took bundles around to all the addresses of the parish during this past week. A great response at short notice. PLEASE NOTE: that if you did not receive your copy of our parish magazine it may well mean that we have not got your address. FR MARK will be away from Easter Monday, on retreat with priests and deacons from across the country in Leeds. He will then be away on an early holiday, returning for the weekend of 11/12 May.
