HOLY GHOST FATHERS APPEAL – There will be an appeal on behalf of The Holy Ghost Fathers over the weekend of 25th/26th May, in support of their mission. ONE-DAY PARISH PILGRIMAGE – 18TH MAY - We are planning a one-day visit to Littlemore, just outside Oxford. This is where Blessed John Henry Newman lived and studied for a while and where in 1845 he was received into the Catholic Church by his close friend, Blessed Dominic Barberi, the Passionist who brought the Passionist order to England. Newman is soon to be canonised and it would be good to visit the place where his desire to become a Catholic was realised by the man in whom he saw holiness made real. MINSTER ABBEY RETREAT: May 24-26: THE INTERIOR JOURNEY OF ETTY HILLESUM: A weekend of prayer and reflection on the life and spiritual transformation of this extraordinary woman.
