Parish Christmas Fair: last Saturday was a great success: there were so many good things to buy or win; there was a great attendance and a really good feeling of friendship and fun; the food was good even though the team were hampered by the failure of one of the cookers (now thankfully replaced); and we made almost £1850 – part of which has been donated to Crisis at Christmas (for the homeless) and part to the work of Sr Astrid CP and her community in Congo. Heartfelt thanks to all who put so much time and effort into the day!
