Point of sale As previously mentioned in my evaluation my magazine would be sold in many different corner shops or sold in theatres and most notably could be sold during the interval or starts or ends of shows. It could also be sold in retail stores and supermarkets.
Elements of attraction/UPS My Unique selling point is my image because it unusual and unconventional it strays away from the conventional, with the blue background; the use of the blue on the bush is kind of peculiar and makes the grass look almost un-natural, unlike most magazines my magazine cover focuses purely on the image. Unlike most images the cover is lacking a direct mode of address, this is because it was inspired by CLASH who in a great number of there covers lack a direct mode of address, this gives the connotations of mystery and secrecy. It also works perfectly for a actor because it helps the actor look like he has light and shade. The blue in addition to this also refrences the cover line and feature, “Boy Blue�
Use of language The language in my magazine is tailored for people who understand a bigger vocabulary than the average person, they would also need to know many theatre terms such as , Black Out, Proscenium, Psyche and even more. Although the language is complicated there is nothing beyond what you expect, in my contents page there is a lot of grabber titles which are there just to grab your attention these aren't very complicated words but they were written to impress and entice you to read; this is different from the DPS where it is extreme information trying to give you as much of the interview as possible; The cover is even different to the DPS and the contents focusing more on getting the message across quick and fast.
