According to the reports of United Nation & NASA, the world have been facing up to the rising sea level which will make some of countries sank under the ocean. It had been predicted that the sea level will rise 1 meter within 50 years, however, the sea level rising speed of Taiwan is 2 times faster than the average. It means that the rising sea level would be 3 meter hight than before. Moreover, the development of primary industry and secondary industry is highly located along the west coast in Taiwan, the energy crisis would company with the rising sea level in Taiwan, and land subsidence has been getting serious. The land subsidence is like a disaster catalyst accelerating the phenomena of rising sea level.
As a result ,the main purpose of this project is reorganizing the urban fring in a sustainable system which coporated the industies , residence , biological cycle & renewable energy in 2055 of Taiwan
