Ben Fewtrell, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at MaxMyProfit and author of the Business Exceleration Blueprint, is a sought-after advisor, keynote speaker and trainer.
Owner of L&M Smash Repairs in Sydney, Garry has been involved with I-CAR Australia since 2006 as a founding member.
He has been featured in ‘Secrets of Top Business Builders Exposed’, Virgins in-flight magazine, Sky Business and many more. Ben is also the host of the popular Paint and Panel Podcast ‘The Edge’ where he interviews leading industry experts on anything and everything you need to know to help you build your collision repair businesss. Having built several businesses from scratch, Ben knows a thing or two about getting a business off the ground. Ben’s presentations are always fun and educational, and his Programs have helped many Business Owners help build the business they imagined. After working as a Panel Beater for a short time, Ben started his first business at the age of 24, he built it to be a multi-millions dollar business with 64 trucks on the road in just 4 years. As impressive as it sounds, Ben was working ridiculous long hours and not making any money! By the age of 28 he was over it, and just knew there had to be a better way. After selling his transport company, Ben decided to pursue his passion for business and spent many years and tens of thousands of dollars learning what it takes to build a successful business. This led Ben to personally mentoring and coaching hundreds of business owners in dozens of industries, building his own multi-million-dollar business in the process.

Armed with over 40 years of Automotive Trader Repair experience, Garry can be found teaching students as an I-CAR Australia Instructor or occasionally sharing his collision repair knowledge via trade publications.
Geoff Mitchell Geoff Mitchell is a qualified Panel Beater with over 30 years experience within the Collision Repair Industry, including 5 years with Toyota parts and 6 years in Motor Vehicle Assessing. Geoff has worked in London in a BMW/Mercedes recommended collision repair facility before moving to Australia from New Zealand. In 2010 he completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and has been a qualified I-CAR instructor since 2010.

Geoff is passionate about providing information and helping collision repair professionals to achieve their goals. In 2012 he became one of I-CAR’s Mercedes Benz certified Aluminium Welding Instructors and now looks after all Welding Training and Certification testing in Australia.
Gary Wood As I-CAR Australia’s Training Program Coordinator and an Instructor, Gary Wood offers over 27 years of experience in the collision repair industry. Gary also leads I-CAR Australia’s Gold Class program, supporting technicians and business owners to achieve the highest role-relevant training accreditation recognised by the collision repair industry.
