WELCOME TO THE STOOP Harlequins ranks among the most prestigious clubs in world rugby and its famous quartered shirt is instantly recognised by supporters around the globe. Over half a century the club’s home at The Twickenham Stoop has established itself among the most popular, club rugby venues not just in the United Kingdom but also in Europe. The values of “passion, commitment, enjoyment and excellence both on and off the pitch” that have underpinned the club’s achievement in winning four trophies – The Amlin Challenge Cup, the Aviva Premiership, the LV= Cup and the Aviva A League, in the last two years, will be to the fore once again as the club competes in this season’s leading domestic and European tournaments.
During last season, the club undertook research among different groups of supporters as to their hospitality preferences. The outcome was a busy summer for the club’s commercial and stadium management as it made a significant investment in changing the configuration and upgrading the range of hospitality facilities available. The result is a range of flexible options that makes it easy for you to entertain in a high quality, sporting environment and deliver a memorable hospitality experience. This brochure describes the choices available from executive boxes to tables from two to ten people in our themed lounges. We hope that you will find something that matches your requirement and look forward to welcoming you to The Stoop during the season.

EXECUTIVE CLUB INTRODUCTION Our newly refurbished Executive Club Lounge combines the ambience of a members’ club with your pick of the best seats in the house on the half-way line in the LV= Stand. Hosted in the Legends Lounge, overlooking the heart of the action on the pitch, the club’s premium hospitality package includes a glass of champagne on arrival, a high quality four course lunch followed by cheese and biscuits at half-time with wine, spirits, soft drinks and beer. Guests can dine on different sized tables according to their preference, drinks can be ordered from a private bar in the lounge and a concierge service will be available throughout the game.

PRESIDENT’S LOUNGE INTRODUCTION The newly upgraded President’s Lounge is an ideal location in which to entertain small corporate groups and parties of friends or family. Located in the LV= Stand, the Lounge has a capacity for 50 guests with different sized tables and a private bar which will be open until an hour after the game. The President’s Lounge also benefits from a private balcony from which to watch the game. Enjoy a complimentary bar and a delicious three course lunch, followed by a live question and answer session with one of the Harlequins team.

Given the demand for seasonal boxes there are only a limited number of boxes available through the season for individual match use. Early booking is recommended.

PLAYER’S LOUNGE INTRODUCTION The Players’ Lounge is located in the Etihad Stand and will be available for the last three home games of the season against London Irish, Leicester Tigers and Bath. Packages are available with and without a match day ticket and we are pleased to be able to offer our Members a 20% discount on non-ticket packages.
