A Letter to Our Readers

Mothers and memorials, warriors and women, and women warriors. Good things to think about in the merry month of May, instead of the fact it’ll be real hot real soon. (You could throw graduation in there, except it doesn’t start with an M unless you call it matriculation, which sounds vaguely naughty somehow.)

Here’s to a warrior, born in the month of May.

Lt. Col. Samuel A. Abedin (USAF, Ret.) flew high-altitude super-secret reconnaissance missions over Russian airspace and secret treetop-level bombing missions in Vietnam, and had the exceptional foresight to tell his eldest son to stay out of the military, so he could stay out of a Southeast Asian war that was all wrong. And to Joan Audrain Abedin Ralston, descendant of the daughter of a Shawnee/ Cherokee chief, who had the foresight to register both her sons as Cherokee tribal members, giving her oldest son access to healthcare through the tribal hospital when he needed it badly. They’re gone from the planet now – but warriors and mothers always have a way of being there when you really need them.

– Michael Abedin

FIERCE The Pleiadians say…

Wait, quoting Pleiadians won’t

do for an introduction to a fine natural magazine trying to maintain a somewhat mainstream demeanor. Ahem… Barbara Marciniak, if memory serves, relates in one of her books (channeled from, you know, those guys) that this whole male-dominated patriarchal thing on planet Earth hasn’t always been the status quo. Women once held power but abused and lost it, and the pendulum swung over to male dominance.

Looks like it’s swinging back.

In popular culture in recent years (which is to say, superheroes), you got your Wonder Woman, your Captain Marvel, and – personal fave – bad-girl supervillain Harley Quinn as woman warriors. Long ago, you had Athena, the lovely goddess of arts and inspiration, namesake of Athens. The ancient Greeks traditionally depicted her with shield and spear, but she’s also been said to wield a pair of swords – although in Austin artist Neena Buxani’s May cover, those eyes could cut you just as dead, just as quick. They are not the eyes of a woman you’d want to try to grab any part of, no matter who you are. She holds an owl, the symbol of wisdom – and of Athens, seat of wisdom. Hereabouts, Native Americans said the cry of the owl was death calling, which fits right in with what happens when you mess with a goddess. In real-life culture, of course, you got your MeToo movement – and that’s where things get tricky. Swine like Weinstein deserve to be exposed (so to speak), but once there’s blood in the water, the feeding frenzy begins. Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot served a six-game suspension for a domestic abuse case the cops dropped, after hearing a cell call in which his ex-girlfriend bragged about doing something to mess up his career – to get revenge.

6

Justice and revenge.

Somewhere between those two extremes is a fine line, shifting constantly as the grackles come home to roost for those who have abused power over others – and that line can get a little hazy when it’s drawn between justice and revenge. There are, indeed, beasts among us these days – but when you kill the beast, you have to take care you don’t become the beast. That’s why Athena carries her owl, for wisdom, as well as her swords, for warfare and justice. In the meantime, you don’t have to look to comic book superheroes to see fierce women leading the charge, often as not showing far more courage and resolve than some of their male counterparts lately when it comes to standing up to bullies.

Mama ain’t happy.

Not Athena – she’s a virgin, not a mama. No, this is your Big Mama, the one who’s been letting us walk all over her, forever and ever. She told you to clean your room, didn’t she? Now things are heating up. Weather patterns shift, rains come when they shouldn’t, don’t come when they should. It’s happened before, but never so quickly, and never when Mama had so many kids. When drought, flooding, and famine struck ancient civilizations, they packed up and moved on, and settled somewhere else as – yep, immigrants, pretty much like now. Mama had more room then, though, and maybe a bit more patience. We can keep fooling ourselves with recycling and slightly more efficient gas-guzzlers and such, but if we don’t change our wasteful ways – if we make her tell us one more time – we’ll be going to bed without any dinner. You might call that punishment, which is first cousin to revenge, but Mama’s gonna call it the same thing Athena would. Justice. Fierce justice.

GEMSTONE JEWELS FOR MOTHERS by Adrienne Goff

O

n Mother’s Day, your mom deserves a gift that shines as brightly as her love and care for her family. The gift of gemstone jewelry is a perfect way to show her how special she is, since jewels are associated with treasure, beauty, and worth. Every time she wears it, she’ll be infused with positive healing energy, and reminded of your love. Here are some truly beautiful gems that resonate with the Divine Feminine and offer energetic support for mothers.

Moonstone is a mystical jewel, historically associated with goddess energy and feminine powers of intuition, receptivity, empathy, feeling, flow. This enchanting gemstone is typically milky white, and the best specimens have beautiful flashes of rainbow iridescence. Moms will delight in its joyful and uplifting energy, and will be able to wear this versatile stone with any color or outfit in her wardrobe. Moonstone activates the third eye and enhances psychic

ability, clearing and balancing all chakras, and keeps the aura sealed and protected, sending negative energy away. It stabilizes, clears, and calms emotions, making it a wonderful antidote to stress and anxiety that can come with motherhood. It can also balance hormones, reproductive system, fluids, and biorhythms, and can bring about a greater sense of wellbeing and harmony.

Rose Quartz is the crystalline embodiment of unconditional love, compassion, and nurturing, making it a beautiful talisman for motherhood. Giving your mother Rose Quartz is a great way to honor her and ensure her love tank is replenished. It fills the heart with its loving presence, reminding the wearer of her precious and worthy nature. There’s no better crystal for matters of the heart and emotional body. It helps develop self-love, encouraging mom to take care of her own needs, and helps clear and heal old wounds in the heart from past experiences. Rose Quartz encourages a gentle opening of the heart and greater receptivity to love, enhancing sensitivity and empathy. Rainbow Fluorite. Mothers are busy people, making them experts at multi-tasking. Why not support that with a beautiful multi-tasking stone that can assist in clearing, balancing, and sharpening every level of her being? Rainbow Fluorite is a gorgeous, multi-colored stone, making it equipped to treat multiple chakras simultaneously. It checks all the boxes, ensuring spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional bodies are healthy and functioning at optimal levels. On a spiritual level, Rainbow Fluorite awakens psychic ability and intuition, expanding consciousness. Known as the IQ stone, it brings order, coherency, and clarity to thoughts and senses, significantly boosting the mental body. It has a profound clearing effect, getting rid of mental clutter and general psychic debris that might confuse thinking. On a physical body level, Fluorite purifies, cleanses, and eliminates whatever’s in disorder, according to Melody, author of Love is in the Earth. It’s said to have a healing effect on many diseases and physical issues – colds, flu, infections, even cancer. It supports the emotional body, surfacing and clearing old emotions blocking the heart, and can stabilize erratic feelings and bring a greater sense of emotional balance and calm. Rainbow Fluorite clears negativity from all chakras, offering energetic protection from all forms of harmful energy – EMFs, psychic attack, any lower vibrational energy with negative effects. Treasure your mom on Mother’s Day – adorn her with a gift as beautiful as she is. May is the month in which we honor the Mother. What does being a mother mean? Think of someone who is a protector, a caregiver for the spiritual, emotional, and mental needs of her child – or of anyone under her responsibility. She’s usually the first teacher, setting boundaries to protect and guide her child, sharing a lifetime of knowledge. That’s also the responsibility of the Warrior, who’s honored on Memorial Day at the end of the month of May, and every mother has a bit of warrior in her. As Stephen Thayer, founder of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) points out, every warrior carries wounds, and every wound carries a story. Let your wounds speak.

The issues, IET teaches, are in the tissues, and Thayer says to listen to the story of your wounds instead of suppressing them, letting the angels – the universal Mothers and Warriors – help you give them voice. The angels can also help you find the path to releasing them, in this lifetime and others, so you can move forward with an empowered, compassionate heart that will keep its power and message flowing into the world. We all have some aspect of the mother energy within us, and must take time to mother ourselves so we have energy to grow, and energy to give to others. A mother’s love, compassion, and patience is a beautiful gift, and the best use of that gift is to have the child take the knowledge of those gifts and expand on it as they grow. As the child becomes an adult, they can grow beyond what the mother knew. The goal for a mother is to have her child surpass her, to become a mother or caregiver herself so the cycle can begin again. Being a mother, a female teacher, a nurse, or a caregiver of any kind is one of the most beautiful aspects of life. We grow as we share love and knowledge with another – so never stop growing or sharing love.

KAVA The Kavalactones, porn stars, and fruit bats by Michael Abedin

Quick quiz. Piper Methysticum is:

A) The dorky, smart girl in your third grade class who always made A’s. B) The name of a porn star. C) Both of the above. (Way to go, Pipe!) D) None of the above.

Take your time… okay, time’s up.

Much as you’d love for it to be C (admit it), the correct answer is D. Piper methysticum is a shrub that grows in the South Pacific, better known as kava, or kava kava. Its roots are ground to a powder and dissolved into a water-based infusion (like a tea), and it’s a stress-killer, promoting relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.

Chill pill.

The magic ingredients making it a chill pill are six compounds known as Kavalactones, which pretty much sounds like a cover band with a steady Friday night gig at a Holiday Inn lounge in, say, Waco, one that would also have a pretty reliable sedative effect. Kava has been used for centuries for ritual and recreational purposes in the South Pacific, although indigenous people think of it more as a part of daily life than recreation. There are kava bars in place like Vanuatu, a small atoll in the Pacific and a prime kava region – one modern-day traveller to Vanuatu reported that although regular bars got louder as the sun went down, kava bars got quieter, until all you could hear were fruit bats screeching in the jungle. Fruit Bats Screeching in the Jungle would be a good name for the Kavalactones if they took lots of drugs and became punk rockers, but they won’t get that way drinking kava. It gives you a mild dose of euphoria, a sense of deep relaxation, and a feeling all is well – a good way to take the edge off a stressful day. There are kava bars hereabouts, but you can easily make up your own by mixing the powdered root with water, flavoring it to taste. You can then enjoy it in the comfort of your home, and won’t find yourself blissed out at last call at the kava bar, while the Fruit Bats pack up for the night. Kava is available, along with CBD products and Kratom, at White Dragon Botanicals, 7304 Burnet Rd., around back. No claims made to cure or diagnose – you know the rest. CAN TOUCH CURE A CANCER? (maybe)

by Lane Sebring, M.D.

I

’d like to take you on a journey I’ve taken and never would have believed possible. We’ve all heard stories of healers who could touch people – and cure their cancer. A few years ago I ran across an amazing, powerful new treatment for cancer that, for lack of better words, blew me away. It involved a drug called naltrexone, derived from a family of drugs used to treat heroin overdose. It attached to endorphin receptors much like heroin, but more tightly, displacing it from endorphin receptors. It stimulated the receptor like heroin, but to a far lesser degree. In a few moments, patients would awaken as if nothing happened, then go home with naltrexone 50 mg tablets, taken three times a day to decrease withdrawal symptoms. It was observed heroin addicts who develop cancer, but continued to inject heroin, frequently shrank cancers with it. It was discovered many cancers – breast, prostate, colon, brain, lymphoma – had receptors for endorphins that, when stimulated, caused cancer to self-destruct (called apoptosis). It was later discovered naltrexone, given not three times a day in 50 mg doses but only at bedtime in a miniscule 3 mg dose, could completely eradicate advanced cancer. It needs to act between 2 and 4am, and is more effective if the patient receives concurrent IV alpha lipoic acid. (Google low-dose naltrexone therapy.) Low-dose naltrexone has been written up in peerreviewed medical journals, and also shown to help people with autoimmune diseases – lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, MS. Evidence shows naltrexone acts at endorphin receptors on T cells, which produce antibodies. In autoimmune diseases, some T cells produce antibodies attacking specific areas of the body. These cells can be reprogrammed by naltrexone so they stop attacking. The effect on autoimmune disease can be mild to profound. There’s also evidence this therapy can redirect T cells (our natural killer cells) to attack cancer. What we have here is specific timing of an endorphin, naltrexone, that can then redirect natural killer cells to recognize and kill a cancer previously missed by the immune system.

The journey continues, to acupuncture.

I was awakened to it after a four-year battle with a strained supinator muscle in my left forearm. I’d done everything I knew, including what the orthopedist and physical therapist suggested. Every time I’d open a chart I’d almost drop it. Having exhausted traditional medicine, I sought out a local acupuncturist. She seemed safe enough – I’d known her as an ICU nurse fourteen years earlier. I walked out of that single visit pain-free, only a click that came and went for about six months, then disappeared. My mother had cold hands and feet that ached over twenty-five years. One visit, they were warm as toast. She goes back every three months.

B to double D.

One day a thirty-year-old woman came to my clinic with a cluster of complaints. After a history and physical I told her I thought she was low on estrogen. She said, “That’s funny, that’s what the Chinese acupuncturist in Austin told me. He stuck me with all these needles.” “Did anything happen?” I asked. She replied, “Well, I had to wear bigger bras for the next four months.” (Her husband said, “Uh-huh.”) How in the world could acupuncture do that? About a year later a woman came to my clinic with a very unusual complaint. Two years earlier one of her breasts had shrunk from double D to B. She’d already had a mammogram and thorough workup, finding nothing. I advised her to see an acupuncturist. She returned to my clinic about a year later, reporting she didn’t go for about six months, thinking I was crazy. She said she finally went – and in two months both breasts were the same size again. The Iceman, the frozen man found in the Italian Alps whose mummified body dated back 5200 years, had fiftythree different acupuncture tattoos – this is very old stuff.

The cancer connection.

Specific acupuncture techniques are shown to release endorphins. Some practitioners use accutouch instead of acupuncture, producing the same results. If expert touch can release endorphins, and endorphins can redirect our T cells to attack cancer cells, and endorphins can direct cancer cells to self-destruct – then, yes, it is quite possible that touch can cure cancer. How beautiful, how magnificent. A mind is a terrible thing to close. THE

COURAGE TO CREATE

by Dephanie Cates

F

inding your voice in all interactions is important in expressing feelings, thoughts, and solutions at work, play, and home. Getting your point across is just part of the mix, though. Sometimes, even when you feel heard, you question whether your contribution will be acknowledged and built upon. You may ask yourself – did I portray myself as assertive, in a helpful way, or did my words trail off at the end, as if I weren’t really behind them?

That’s where courage comes in – the courage to create.

Look at your life as your creation. Take a step back and ask, am I happy where I am? Do I love my job? Are my children well behaved and loving? Did I raise them to be respectful, generous, open, kind? Did I grow up in a balanced household, where parents were good role models? Do I treasure truth in actions and thoughts? Room for improvement? Now’s the day to summon courage. Life is short, today is the first day of the rest of your life, and Rome wasn’t built in a day. Start slow and easy. Change doesn’t have to be mountains to climb. You may need courage simply to be in acceptance, rather than the realm of doing.

Did you grew up in a doing family?

Was the pace hectic, a full calendar with activities planned weeks in advance? Were mom and dad the driving force, making sure you were in Scouts, sports, had a lemonade stand, went on field trips, shopping adventures, traveled to see cousins and grandparents? By high school you were probably ranked in a sport, and got used to name recognition. If recognition’s faded, decide where you see yourself – not only tomorrow, but today – and act on that thought. Start by creating a list of things you’d like to do differently, in a comfy spot you love. Enjoy a beautiful day in a quiet place in your backyard, or if you haven’t been to the library in ages, pick one nearby, or the new library in downtown Austin. Chose a place where you not only focus on you, but you can hear you. Giving yourself permission to focus on you may take courage. It’s important – give it a try. Dig up photos of yourself as a child, maybe even grade school through adulthood. Can you detect your mood, circumstances, or feelings? Take a step back, imagine what life was like then.

Do you wish for a different outcome?

It’s never too late to re-charge and begin anew. If you need to mend fences with relatives or friends, make that your first step in courage. You’ll be surprised at how accepting and thrilled the other person is. Don’t let fear enter! As a coach, I see fear subtly holding clients back from progress and decisions. As a licensed realtor, I’ve seen fear not so subtly hold clients back in one of the biggest decisions they’ll make, buying or selling a home. In both cases, a professional can give you invaluable assistance. Start in a current, trying situation with an about-face – a softening, if you will. You’ll ease into this new you while learning about yourself and bolstering confidence. Time is precious. Do the work, get help when you need it – and reap the reward. Dephanie Cates is a licensed Realtor and Reconnective Healing practitioner, and became a Personal and Business Coach by applying the skills and experience she acquired helping clients through negotiations and transactions. BUSINESS as the ULTIMATE

THE

Spiritual Practice

OFFICE

by Mark & Shannon

Y

ou’re in the middle of yoga class, holding Warrior pose, and begin to feel the delightful expansion of self. It’s spiritually magnetic. You. Want. More. As an entrepreneur, you may have noticed the busy-ness of running a business pushes this blissful state away, inducing serious stress and overwhelm. Just like you’re present with a challenging yoga pose, listening to what the stretch tells you, doing the same with your business can work wonders in expanding your consciousness.

The key is not to be stressed by your business, but stretched by it.

Entrepreneurship is personal growth on steroids, stretching you to your limits. Brilliant speakers and influencers spin their wheels and wrack their brains trying to find a rhythm that makes growing their business pleasurable and profitable. Overwhelmed, your message gets lost in the abyss of online funnels and social media. You build your list, shoot Facebook Lives, create compelling content – it’s all so complicated. And you wonder – does anyone notice? Many are hearing the call to be fully self-expressed, using their gifts to make a bigger difference – the call to speak on stages, and get your message out there.

Conscious business is the ideal vehicle for ushering in a New Earth.

It’s through the vehicle of business your message serves the masses. This means a commitment to tapping into the divine, learning to run a Conscious Business the right way. With this, business is your ultimate spiritual power. Everything happening in your business shapes you, allowing your greatest self to emerge. While most use this as an excuse to slip into anxiety, what if you chose to feel it, lean into it – and listen? What you’ll hear will be opportunity.

You won’t feel stress, you’ll feel stretch.

Whether you’re a functional medicine doctor, run a yoga studio, or raise funds for your nonprofit, shifting your perception of business from stressful to ultimate spiritual practice grants you the power of miracles – and makes your business spiritually magnetic. Mark & Shannon are leading authorities on the business of speaking, helping clients generate millions and get invited to speak on the world’s most coveted stages – Tony Robbins, The View, CNN, TEDTalks. You’re ready to start a holistic practice – but where?

Y

ou’ve done your seminars, practiced on family and friends, gotten a donation here and there, and you’re ready to go pro and hang out your shingle – but where? The Austin area has lots of practitioners. It can take awhile to build a practice and stand out from the crowd, but it’s doable. One of the first things to think about is where you’ll work with clients. If your practice can be done entirely by long-distance treatment, phone, or video chat, great. If you want to see clients in person, the right location makes a huge difference in the level of professionalism you present, and how well you attract – and keep – clients. Your can work from home, but it’s important to have a space dedicated to that and only that, preferably without traipsing through the whole house. Kids or pets? Not everyone will be comfortable around them (and vice-versa, probably), and not everyone will feel comfortable going to a stranger’s residence.

A nice space near downtown, maybe 78704 or the trendy Eastside?

That’s a winner. Try to do it on your own, however, and you may find you’re too weak to work after selling a kidney or other body part to make the deposit. Your best bet is to find an established practitioner with space available by the hour, day, or week. Unless you’re expanding an existing practice, start slow – find a space to book by the hour for individual sessions, until you work up to being able to book a whole day regularly. Average going rate in Austin is $20-$25/hour. If you’ll be doing classes, make sure there’s adequate parking – and by all means, find out what goes on with neighbors during times you’ll teach. (You don’t want to be next to the First Church of the Sacred Punk Rock choir practice during meditation.) An outdoor area is nice for breaks. Be professional when you’re searching – call, be courteous and clear with questions. Set an appointment to see the space, and be on time. Use your intuition. You’ll know the right space when you find it. The Energy Synergist offers hourly or daily office and workshop spaces in NW Austin. Tons of natural light, a serene complex with mature oaks and koi pond. Reasonable rates, starting at $17/hr. Contact Heather, (512) 417-9413. Visit www.TheEnergySynergist.com/roomrental for images and details.

SELFISHNESS A Path to Enlightenment

by Christina Allen

We think of a spiritual path as being one of austerity and

principle, of selflessness and even martyrdom. We carry rice bowls and give our gifts away for free. Many even choose vows of poverty and chasteness. Give up your worldly pursuits, and prostrate yourself in Service! If you look deeply into the spiritual path of Andean Mysticism, however, you’ll see that all this self-denial actually takes us out of alignment with Source. The worst thing we can do is put our needs in shadow, insisting we have none. Many wives, mothers, and healers find themselves here, many overworked fathers and indulgent husbands, many social workers. In not defining strong boundaries and a vibrant sense of self, however, our persona becomes entangled in a web of selfdenial. This is very different than selflessness. Self-denial is just that, saying we have no needs, when in fact we do. From the Andean perspective, we are each souls who came in to evolve. The journey, from this perspective, is about being in integrity with ourselves so we can be congruent with what created us. This means we must be keenly aware of who we are.

Broken caretakers.

If we’re wounded and seeking value through servicing others, we’re not actually in alignment with our true selves, especially when this creates imbalance and suffering. Consider the caretaker who puts everyone else first. She feels better about herself, for the time being, but she has not addressed the brokenness inside that she is compensating for. Taking care of others is much easier. While the takers come and drink generously from her well, she, herself, is thirsting for the tiniest drop of dew. This is not a plan with long-term perspective gain, however. Without balance, this person eventually breaks down. It’s often an illness that red flags our imbalances. Someone who cannot say no, has no boundaries, who is not selfish enough to define their needs and insist on attending to them, loses themselves to every relationship. He who buries himself in the pleasing of others soon finds himself

18

resentful and unappreciated. If we’re giving it out in a steady stream, to be liked, valued, or feel a sense of purpose, we’ll eventually become depleted. The true path to self-lessness pivots from the self-ish point of knowing who we truly are, and honoring it. We must explore what our needs are and take care of them, so we have a solid foundation upon which to be available to others. If we don’t spend the time healing our wounds and defining who we are, then we will not know how to drink deeply from the beauty in the infinite that so truly sustains us.

The arrogance of sacrifice.

Many are taught that we’re selfish to spend time and resources on ourselves, or that it’s unbecoming to stand up for our needs. We may expect others will eventually recognize them instead, and we suffer when they don’t. There’s even the slightly arrogant perspective of, Oh, I’m stronger than you are, I can give this up because you need it more than I. In this causal plane of existence, however, we are all creating our own realities. You can’t create something meaningful, something that brings the vibration of the collective reality up, without self-indulgence. Selflessness comes from doing all the inner work necessary to be able to meet our own needs effortlessly, so we’re not distracted by them. When we feel complete, we’re completely available to co-create with Source. So plant a beautiful garden! Yes, this is selfish. But the more we heal our woundings, and stop having expectations that others fulfill us, the less our creation is motivated by self – and the more congruent we are with Self. Christina Allen, Shamanic Healer, teacher, founder and director of the Austin Shamanic Center, combines a strong science background (BA Physics, MS Neuroscience) with decades of applied ancient spiritual wisdom as a Master Yogi, Reiki Master, and Shamanic Healer, based, in part, on Q’ero Indian traditions of Peru. Dear Ashtara:

Messages from Your Angels and Master Teachers Dear Ashtara, Is it possible to know the lessons you signed up to work on before you actually came to Earth? Rebecca, 68, Austin, TX Dear Rebecca, Usually, everyone views each lifetime while on the other side. Viewing takes about one of your months to capture and re-capture everything. If viewing did not take place, one would not be very bright, energetic, and even athletic because they wouldn’t understand. Thank you for your very deep thought. It takes a person like Plato, the imaginary genius, who pondered everything. We use the word imaginary because Plato would use imagination when he pondered. Most people do not do that when they ponder. About half of the people on the planet ponder, the other half simply think, but not that much. You are unusually brilliant because when you ponder, you also imagine all of it. Congratulations angel of the light. Lord Ashtar is your highest teacher now and for the rest of this incarnation (and, of course, he will be with you on the other side forever). Dear Ashtara, How many levels of development are there on the other side? Dixie, 49, Austin, TX Dear Dixie, Millions! But not billions. For example, after a newer soul develops (not like you, you are one of the oldest souls on Earth) a school might invite you to join them for the next century. Difficult to believe there is really something like forever and ever. A mere century is like going to a University here on Earth and graduating. Remember, most people believe there is no time on the other side – however, that is not an absolute. There is still a small measure of time in Heaven and beyond. There has to be, in order for the other side to spin just like we do here. The only thing is, there are more professors than pupils. Almost everyone has ascended because we are now ascending Earthlings here on Earth.

20

We, upstairs, have landed on your Earth to help you with whatever you need. And then in approximately two to five thousand years, we can actually end Earth’s atmosphere. At that time, everyone you know will be either on Earth for that final hour or watching from the other side. It will be a great movie, for sure. No one will be hurt. Everyone on Earth, about two thousand people, will be around their highest master from the other side for about three months before Earth closes the doors just to make those cute Earthlings feel comfortable. Three or four days before The End, every person on Earth will have their own personal craft, which they can sit in and chat with God, etc. and get used to the feeling of the vehicle which will pick them up before the subatomic which ends Earth. But don’t you worry – our beautiful galaxy with Earth included, stars, planets and everything, will be awaiting your visit when you get to Stargate. Stargate is Ashtar’s personal home, which is much larger than everything else put together on the other side. And trust Me, God, your little Earth is so tiny that it looks like the size of a little green pea all else is so big. It is the actual size though. Be brave and re-member, for you all have been there. We love you unconditionally, and forever will be with you, our Earth Angels.

Submit your question for ‘Dear Ashtara’ via email: Ashtara@SashaWhite.com or call (512) 278-0559 and give your question (up to 30 words) with name or nickname, age, city, and state. Private Sessions can be scheduled (in person or by phone). Questions answered and more. Ashtara Sasha White is a gifted psychic, profound healer, and channel from the Ascended Masters/Archangels. Most people think dehydration is something that would happen if they got lost in the desert and had to go without water for several days. The truth is, chronic (or ongoing) dehydration is widespread. Most Americans are in a state of dehydration without even knowing it. Dehydration results when you don’t replace all the water lost during each day’s activities. Chronic dehydration results when small amounts of water are not replaced day after day. Many Americans drink beverages containing caffeine or alcohol, but these substances cause a net loss, rather than a gain, of water in your body. Those who regularly drink caffeinated or alcoholic beverages are literally drinking themselves dry.

The average adult may lose more than ten cups of water every day.

You can do this simply by breathing, perspiring, and eliminating waste. When water’s lacking, numerous functions begin to be curtailed. Headaches, constipation, brain fog, afternoon fatigue, and many other ailments are the result of too little water. By the time any of these common symptoms arises, dehydration has already progressed to the point where water is being rationed in your body. Long-term water rationing leads to premature aging and disease. Water rationing allows the body to provide water for crucial, life-sustaining functions while the functions that are not crucial are literally put on hold. This results in symptoms sometimes mistaken for illness. Asthma, arthritis, blood disorders, digestive disorders (including heartburn), and many chronic pains are often an indication of chronic dehydration and water rationing.

Drinking plenty of good water every day is like changing the water in your fish bowl.

And as long as you need to drink water, you might as well get the best water possible. Discover new technology that produces ionized water. Ionized water is structured water, which means it will hydrate your body faster and more efficiently than any other water, and will aid in the efficient removal of toxins and wastes. Ionized water has an excess number of electrons that can neutralize free radicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and many symptoms, and it has an alkaline pH, which can keep your body chemistry in balance. Margie Captain is a hydration specialist in ionized, alkalized, antioxidant water. For more information – and free alkalized water – call (512) 627-3585 or (512) 415-7669.
