Message From MCPe Hello People , I am glad you took the time to open this application During my term as MCVP for AIESEC in COTE D’IVOIRE , I learnt a lot of good things. The Organization can challenge you well I want you to look at this way. COTE D’IVOIRE is the Entity where you can test and be tested on your adaptability, re-inventing yourself each time. I still remember the beginning of this term , I had a lot of questions on my ability to work efficiently for my Entity and today I reached what I applied for . We worked so hard to achieve our vision and our Organization. Be a MCVP to make it happen. I wish you an amazing process and enjoy every time of your AIESEC life

MCVPs 18.19 Lifestyle TERM DATES : 1st of August 2018 – 31th July 2019. Transition and Preparation start right after selection with current MC. Elected MCVPs are expected to be in the first week of August 2018 for MC and MC Transition

WORKING CONDITIONS : MC workload is approximately 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday; during conferences it can increase. Office hour will be set later

DAYS OUT OF OFFICE : Saturday and Sunday are out of office with exception of conferences or MC Meeting , Coaching , LC Coaching or Summits, Visits. Each MCVP is granted of 14 vacation days during their term in addition to national holidays [1 or 2 days after national conferences] when office shall be closed. Furthermore , each MCVP is able to use 7 days for professional development during the term which may be applied for opportunities facilitating or attending international conferences

Selection process 1 APPLICATION

Selection process 2 ANSWER & QUESTION + VOTE OF CONFIDENCE All applicants should be assessed to see what kind of person they are. It's required for local applicants to be present during the O/A. For the international applicants, the O/A will be online.

3 INTERVIEW We are expeted to select the right candidates whatever where they come from. This phase consists on couple of interviews (Operations with MCVPs Current + Externals and Specifics with MCPc + MCPe)

The final decision will be taken after all thoses phases. And it will be the final roadmap of the selection. Announcement will happen few days later.

IGV & PROJET Evaluate the product ('Global VolunteerÂť, how could it be improve in terms of : - Social impact model and - Sales to the corporate, non-corporate sector and Government so that it becomes easier to sell ? On global level, AIESEC in COTE D'IVOIRE is in cluster three (3) regarding processes and results in IGV, why do you think there is a mismatch and how would you overcome it? How do you imagine IGV for AIESEC in COTE D'IVOIRE in the context of AIESEC 2020? Please, evaluate our projects.
