Role
Facilitators will have to participate for the faci meetings which will happen virtually and physically They will have to work with the facilitators that will be assigned to work with them and have to design sessions and send session outlines beforehand. Send logistic requirements to the OC beforehand. Participate for the conference pre meetings and post meetings with the chair and faci team to ensure an effective conference outcome and evaluation. Deliver sessions based on the objectives of the sessions and the overall theme of the conference. Cooperate with OC team, MC team and Chairs on deadlines.
