The class will illustrate the importance of commercial bankruptcy and corporate restructuring as in integral part of the world in which we live. The first Lectureship is scheduled for September 20, 2010, in connection with ABI’s Complex Financial Restructuring Program, which will also be held at Fordham Law. The dinner, featuring remarks by guest speaker (and Fordham Law graduate) Judge Arthur J.
