POLICY AGAINST HARASSMENT Prohibited conduct includes offensive or derogatory verbal comments. Submission to sexual advances in order to get, keep or advance in a job is a serious form of sexual harassment. The ABM Compliance Hotline at 1-877-ALERT 04 (1-877-253-7804). Employee Responsibilities Speak Up: If you are offended by conduct in the workplace, we encourage you to respond immediately by objecting directly to the offender, which is often very effective. Report It: If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, you must immediately report it, so that ABM can investigate and take corrective action if warranted.

POLICY AGAINST HARASSMENT Listen and Respond: If you are told you have engaged in offensive conduct in the workplace, listen and respond by changing your behavior. Don’t Touch: Touching in the workplace (beyond the professional handshake) is high risk behavior and should be avoided. Leader Responsibilities Get Help: If you witness or learn that discrimination, harassment, retaliation toward an ABM employee, you must report it to Human Resources. Eliminate Favoritism: Preferences based on familial or romantic relationships are not appropriate in ABM’s workplace.
