Get Excited! IT Product Procurement – Transition to the Help Desk We are preparing to go live with the transition of ABMFSG’s IT product procurement process to CompuCom, our help desk service provider. As previously announced, this will help us leverage ABM’s purchasing power and centralize the procurement of IT products such as desktops, laptops, and related peripherals. This transition will affect all of ABMFSG and as with any implementation, ABMLQ will provide the learning and quality content to ensure that FSG employees are fully prepared and informed. Please note the following events before “go live” to make sure you stay informed: • “First Look” call for our EASI Evangelists to help spread the word • Shortie sessions will be conducted to introduce the new process/tools; all employees are welcome to attend • Release of Work Instruction on how the new process will work More to come with the “it’s aLIVE!” announcement.
