POST is a strategic initiative that was derived from the Learning and Quality (LQ) Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard, and one that EASI Evangelists who attended one of LQ’s planning sessions, felt was necessary in order to create awareness of all the solutions and tools that have been released throughout ABM. Because of the volume and myriad of solutions developed and released not only by LQ but by other divisions and departments, POST is absolutely necessary to help our employees leverage each other’s tried and tested solutions. This will help us save resources and more importantly, learn from each other’s solution applications. What is POST? Essentially, it’s a Portal that centralizes all ABM solutions and tools in one team site. It includes: • • • • •
