We are getting closer (OCT 2012) to start ( the 23 month process, by now you have likely checked coverage and reviewed other employees notes in the Buzz wiki page: (click to view FSG Phone conversion wiki). The current list has been created by: pulling employees for FSG, filtering by those with phones currently, the filter by those with existing phone contracts past their renewal (typically two years). 1. I have a new employee starting tomorrow, what should I do? ANS: Work with Alliance and order them a new ATT Nokia Lumia 900 device. That simple.
