ITIM USER NAME AND PASSWORD Scenario: You need to log into ITIM to update your user profile information but you don’t know your ITIM user name and password. Solution: Use your current oneABM user name to log into ITIM.
Your ITIM user name is the same as your oneABM user name. Your ITIM password is unique to ITIM only. Call the help desk at 800.470.4357 to obtain your ITIM password. A system-generated password will be sent to your email address; the system generated password can be changed to your own preference by going to ITIM.
FORGOT YOUR ITIM PASSWORD? If you have forgotten your ITIM password or would like to change it, please do the following:
Log into ITIM using your oneABM account: https://uspritim02.oneabm.local /itim/self/login/logon.do
