UNLOCK DOCUMENT TO EDIT BEYOND THIS POINT 1.0 PURPOSE/SCOPE Through Dynamic Work Activity (DWA), Unified Workforce (UW) provides a native work activity interaction for field labor resources when the use of a work order management system is unavailable or not an option. The effective use of DWA or any solution is dependent on a proper onboarding process.
