About Our Summer Programme 2023

Welcome to ACG School Jakarta’s Summer Programme 2023.The aim of our programme is to provide meaningful learning and fun activities for students at ACG School Jakarta and other schools during the school holiday period. We offer age-appropriate programmes full of academic, sports and arts activities. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our programmes. Our team will be delighted to hear from you!

Additional Registration Information

Registrations are considered complete after payment has been received. Payment must be received within 7 days of registration or the student’s placement will be made available to another student. Detailed payment instructions and the Refund Policy can be found on page 6.

Limited Spaces

Our low student to instructor ratio means that there are limited spaces in each class. Each year, more people apply than we are able to accommodate. If you plan to join us, please apply early to reserve your place. Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis.

General Information

General

• Classes will be filled on a first-come, first served basis, except where notedwithin this booklet or at the discretion of ACG School Jakarta.

• ACG School Jakarta reserves the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or staffing.

• Should the ACG School Jakarta Summer Programme be cancelled due to low enrollment, all refunds will be made.

• Students must abide by the guidelines and health & safety protocols set by ACG School Jakarta, and theteachers and staff.

Health & Safety

Your child’s health and safety is our number one priority. Therefore, ACG School Jakarta will have a full time nurse on call during programme hours.

The school has developed a comprehensive health and safety contigency plan. A responsibility declaration is also required before a student can start the programme.

Dress Code

ACG School Jakarta Summer Programme students are expected to maintain a high standard of personal grooming and cleanliness. Student who register for the sport camps will receive a sports top in their tote bag.

The following are considered to be unsuitable:

• Singlets

• Inappropriate messages and slogans on any garments

• Ripped or holed clothing

• Brief or revealing clothing, including very short shorts

• Adequate coverage is expected. For example, the midriff should not be exposed; students should not wear tops that are cut too low.

• Footwear is required to be worn at all times. Sandals may be worn, but flip flops are not acceptable.

General Information

School Bus

Bus service pick-up and drop-off is available from Pondok Indah, Kemang, Kuningan and Pakubuwono areas for students aged 5 and above who sign up for the programme.

Bus Fees:

550,000 IDR / Return per week (Pick up for morning class and drop off after the english class 11.00am)

300,000 IDR / One way per week (One way pick up only available for morning class 8.00 am and One way drop off only available for afternoon class 11.00 am)

All activities are priced in Indonesian Rupiah. All students receive confirmation of registration, an ACG School Jakarta tote bag, notebook and pen upon receipt of payment.

Refund Policy

Due to staffing considerations, ACG School Jakarta has a strict refund policy. There is no refund unless the class is cancelled or changed by ACG School Jakarta.

• ACG School Jakarta reserves the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment.

• ACG School Jakarta reserves the right to change or alter dates and times. If a programme is cancelled by us for whatever reason, there will be a 100% refund and no administration fee.

• There will be no refund for a student who is asked to leave the programme for inappropriate behavior, use of tobacco, drugs or alcohol, non-notification of a serious medical condition, or whose conduct is detrimental to the programme.

• No refund will be made for a student’s late arrival, early vacation or family vacation.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of ACG School Jakarta.

Form of Refund

• Refund will be processed within 5 (five) working days.

• Refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Special Offers

Only ONE of the special offers applies:

• 7% discount for ACG School Jakarta’s students if registered for a 2-week programme and payment is made by 30 April; or

• 5% siblings discount for second and subsequent child/children if registered for a 2-week programme; or

• 5% discount for NON-ACG parents if registered for a 2-week programme and payment is made by 30 April; or

• 2% discount for all participants that join two programmes directly (one week or two weeks).

Kiddy Football Camp

Our football camp for children aged 5-8 years old is the perfect place for young athletes to develop their motor skills while having fun in a supportive and interactive environment. Our experienced coaches provide a range of soccer training activities that help children to improve their coordination, balance, and agility. We believe that learning through play is essential for young children, and our camp is designed to be both fun and educational. Our camp is available for one or two weeks, giving parents the flexibility to choose the program that best fits their schedule. Join us today and let your child experience the joy of football while developing important skills that will serve them for a lifetime.

Basketball Camp

Welcome to our exciting basketball camp for children aged 8-14 years old! Our goal is to help children develop their motor skills through various basketball training activities wrapped in a fun and interactive environment. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to providing a supportive environment that encourages children to develop their skills and learn the basic fundamentals of basketball, including dribbling, shooting, and passing. We believe that children learn best when they are engaged and having fun, and our camp is designed to incorporate both of these principles. The camp is available for one or two weeks, giving parents the flexibility to choose the program that best suits their schedule. Swimming Camp

This camp is designed to give each swimmer the tools to improve their overall technique. The focus will be on fitness, stroke correction, starts, turns and mental training. Each swimmer will receive specific instruction on all four strokes with correct turns and starts for competition. Sessions will conclude with races, relays, and various fun internal competitions.

Primary English Club

Discover our English courses for children: Primary for ages 5 – 10. With us, your child will learn more than just the English language.
