陳 小荃總幹事 「為您加油 與您同行」是關愛動員的核心信念。我們團隊透過連結 不同機構伙伴，把祝福與溫暖傳遞給街坊，期盼他們感到被關懷， 從而充滿力量繼續生活，充滿信心把家庭照料妥當。歷經 2019年的 社會氛圍，看見每張呼喊擔憂及恐懼的面孔，推動我們更逼切送上 關懷，把團體轉贈的愛心物資交到有需要的社群手中。面對陷入困 境的街坊，我們予以聆聽與支持，帶領不同機構及愛心使者陪伴他 們渡過難關。總的來說，轉化家庭是一份堅持的抱負，未來更需要 有您與我們同行，一起讓愛不斷在社區走動。

our neighborhood and give them strength and confidence to care for their families. Many people were in worry and fear during 2019 social unrest and this compels us to care for the needy with resources donated by various organizations. We support those at difficult times by the companionship of organizations and kind-hearted volunteers. Nevertheless, it is our determined desire to transform families and we need you accompany us to mobilize love in the community.
名為「關愛動員」，顧名思義就是一個滿有關顧及愛的群體，作 為管道將從上而來的愛輸送到鄰舍當中，著重肉體及心靈上的需 要同得飽足。2019年，除了恆常的食物銀行、外展、長者、兒 童、家庭關懷服務外，也與志同道合的機構、學校及教會合辦義 工訓練、長者手部按摩、健體班、無障礙郊外行、夏令營、情緒 管理課堂等等。在第二個十年開始，我們會繼續全心全意地服務

社群，讓社會變得更美好。 Shalom! This is our 11th year annual report and thanks for your support and encouragement. The name “Action Care” clearly indicates it as a team full of love and care. We act as a channel to deliver love to our neighborhood, focusing on the fulfillment of both body and soul. In 2019, apart from the regular programs like food bank, outreach, elderly service, children care and family care; we also cooperated with like-minded organizations, schools and churches to provide volunteer training, elderly hand massage, fitness class, barrier-free outing, summer camp and emotional management class. At the start of our second decade, we would continue to serve our community whole-heartedly to achieve a better society.

《我與「關愛動員」的故事》 10多年前有一群人，他們來自於筲箕灣浸信會、學校及剛成立的「關愛動員」， 聯手在一所學校推行「食物關愛計劃」。那時，眾人心中的一團「關愛之火」被 點燃起來，在公餘時間進行訂貨、收貨及存倉，亦靠著他們的募捐及學校申請的 慈善基金，籌得總值30多萬的食物。學校的老師則聯絡有需要的家庭，招募20多 位義工完成分發工作，並策劃當天的家庭親子活動。 推行3年多的「食物關愛計劃」不知不覺地動員到不少義工，他們更感受到關愛 別人時的喜悅，而計劃的完結不代表對人的「關愛」畫上句號，義工繼而轉至參 與「關愛動員」的祝福社區活動。10年過去，喜見「關愛動員」在同工的努力及 各方支持下，工作不斷完善發展，動員義工同來祝福社會，把關懐別人的精神發 揚光大！

distribute food and carried out parent-child family activities. The “Love and Care Food Program” ran for 3 years and many volunteers felt the joy of caring for others. When the program ended, they continued to involve in other community blessing activities of Action Care. With the effort of co-workers and supporters throughout the decade, the ministry of Action Care continued to expand and volunteers were mobilized to bless the society with a caring spirit.

輝哥有機蔬菜 每週在農場新鮮採摘，直送到恩典屋的「輝哥有機蔬果」一直深受家 庭歡迎。每次來領取重達15磅的蔬果，花上15分鐘分享煮食心得，言談之 間更得知本身挑食的小孩都愛上吃蔬果。

Fai Gor Organic Vegetables “Fai Gor Organic Vegetables” are picked from farm and delivered to Grace House every week. It is greatly welcomed by families. Each family receives about 15 lbs of vegetables and we take 15 mins to share cooking skills with them. Some children who are picky eaters also begin to enjoy eating vegetables.
關愛糧倉 受助者在未來兩週至六週內出現財政緊拙，經我們批核後便會發放食物作支持。當他們勇敢 地推下恩典屋那道門前來領取食物，我們的關懷行動也是蓄勢待發。在無數次的對話中，當 中自我價值低、甚至打算了結生命的受助者，視我們為聆聽對象後都能釋懷地推門離開。若 發現受助者受家庭問題困擾，亦會一概交由「家庭關懷服務」跟進。
Food Bank Food is distributed for 2 to 6 weeks to recipients with financial difficulties after approval. We are ready to act with care when they take the courage to approach Grace House for food. We communicate with

them and many with low self-esteem or suicidal mood are comforted. Recipients with serious family problems are also redirected to “Family Care Service”.

外展關懷服務 Outreach Visit to Scavengers and Homeless People
當無家者的傾訴對象僅是其他的無家者，相同的背景下更容易維持本我，他們 想變好卻有機會再走回頭路。受助者彷彿身穿防禦裝甲，且嚴嚴加固。然而 我們的「加入」，在探訪時分享近況及討論改善方法，不斷為無家者重燃 希望，在關係的建立下推動各種「 身份的轉化 」。 It is difficult for homeless people to improve their situation if they only relate to other homeless people. Our recipients are usually highly defensive at first until we enter their life. We share with them ways to improve and constantly help them to restore hope. They then experience “ Identity
Transformation ” through our relationship with them. 由受助者轉為義工｜無家者阿明 初次接觸阿明時只有派飯盒的單向交流，唯靠鍥而不捨的關愛，阿明始視我們 為傾訴對象。她請教修補關係的方法，我們分享自身經歷，最終促成母女關係破 冰和好。她自此主動協助探訪隊運送物資，因為「能夠服侍人是福氣！」
From Recipient to Volunteer | Homeless Ming We met Ming when we distributed lunch box to her. Ming began to talk to us when we cared for her relentlessly. She consulted us about ways of reconciliation and we shared our personal experience with her. Finally, she was reconciled with her daughter. She then begins with team visit to deliver resources because she recognizes “Blessed are those who serve!”.

長者關懷服務 Serving the Elderly 關愛始於每個燦爛的笑容、擁抱的動作。「 關愛動員 」團隊期盼走進長者的世界裡， 捕捉其所思所想，讓暖流直達心坎，在關係的建立下推動各種各樣的「愛的交流」 。「長者生日會」及「祝福飯聚會」是個讓長者互動並身心靈得飽足的平台。他 們會彼此送上慰問、祝賀生日，建立同行的情誼。平日會玩遊戲、看影片唱 歌，亦因應節日辦慶祝活動，如寫揮春、猜燈謎、吃月餅來點開長者的笑 穴；還會灌輸「多感恩」正面的生活態度，讓長者步入更豐盛的晚年。 Caring begins with a big smile and a great hug. Action Care hopes to enter the world of the elderly, understand their thoughts, pour out love into their hearts and establish relationship with them through “exchange of love”. “Elderly Birthday Party” and “Blessed Lunch Gathering” are platforms for the elderly to relate and to be satisfied in body, soul and spirit. They greet and congratulate

each other during lunch and birthday to establish friendship. Regular activities include playing games, watching movies and singing. There are celebration activities during festivals to cheer up the elderly such as writing Fai Chun, guessing lantern riddle and eating mooncake. Moreover, thankful and positive lifestyle is promoted for the elderly to achieve more abundant years ahead.
獨居的文婆婆「 愛的回報 」 文婆婆初時表現嚴肅，熟絡之後卻笑口常開。有次她不小心弄傷腳，我們急忙帶她去醫院問 診，事後更熱情餽贈食物感激我們陪她去醫院。
Aunt Man (living alone) | Reward of Love At first, Aunt Man was quite serious but she smiles a lot after we have become close. She accidentally injured her leg once and we immediately brought her to the hospital for treatment. After that, she passionately gave us food as thank you gift for accompanying

家庭關懷服務 Family Care Service 受惠於「 恩典屋服務站 」的對象若有照料家庭的困難，此服務正正是 他們的救生圈。採取單對單的關愛，進入到觸摸生命的交流，在關係的 建立下推動「家庭的深層轉化」。當我們掌握家長最深切的需要和個 性，才能分析到底是哪裡出狀況，以往比較行實事，諸如協助申請政 府資助的過程；現在則加強情緒支援，諸如協助家長找到心中的巨人 ，肯定其付出。 The “Grace
House” is really a life buoy for recipients with family difficulties.
We achieve “Deep Family Transformation” by establishing relationship with them through one-to-one caring and life exchange. The problem is identified when we grasp the deepest needs and characters of these parents. We used to focus on community work such as helping them to apply for government grants; but now we focus more on emotional support like helping parents to discover their hearty giants and assuring them of their family devotion.
帶著三孩子的單親媽媽阿珍「 辦法總比困難多 」 最初攻破阿珍的心牆是耗盡心力，一來我們還沒被信任，二來她還沒想改變。阿珍怕被人看 貶，自覺「迎難而上」，卻是原地踏步。當照顧三個孩子的責任變成負擔，自身能力不勝負 荷，最終引發情緒問題。我們找出阿珍偏向思想狹窄的問題，她以為走進死巷裡就沒路出來 ，但當我們堅持同行，做情緒支援，阿珍漸漸明瞭「辦法總比困難多」。
Single-mom Ah Zhen with 3 children“Solutions always outnumber Problems” It was really exhausted to open her heart at first because we were not being trusted and she did not want to change. Ah Zhen was afraid to be looked down and felt it difficult to breakthrough. Therefore, she was backed to square one. The responsibility to look after 3 children became a burden too much to bear and she ended up with emotional problem. We discovered her problem of being too narrow-minded and she believed herself at a dead end with no way out. But we were determined to walk with her and gave her emotional support. Gradually, Ah Zhen understood “Solutions always outnumber Problems”.

兒童關懷服務 Caring for Our Children 家居環境太小不宜學習、學業成績不佳造成家庭不和諧，這是自修班學生的共通點。 於是，我們連結了區內的教會開設兩個功輔中心，交由教會挑選義工導師，支援 學生的學習及能力。自修班於三時半開始，先關注小朋友的情緒，再讓他們複 習重溫當日的課業，最後是玩遊戲來學會跟同伴相處，在關係的建立下推動 各種「 內在潛能 」。 The students of our self-study class have a common problem: very small living space. This is not suitable for learning which resulted in poor academic performance and inharmonious family. Therefore, we align with a district church to open 2 tutorial centers. The church then chooses volunteered tutors to support the students in learning and ability. The self-study class begins at 3:30pm. It first takes care of the children emotions and then let them study the daily schoolwork. At the end, there is a

playgroup time for them to build up relationship and activate inner potential.
細心敏銳的希希｜「媽咪很愛希希的」 希希常常感覺媽媽的焦點落在三個弟弟妹妹的身上，因而渴求同受關注。經過導師耐 心的陪伴，終於願意敞開心扉說出心底話，更把導師安慰的說話藏在心裡：「媽咪很 愛希希的，媽咪只是不懂表達愛希希的心。」後來，希希發現媽媽有一個文件夾，裡 面盡是自己從小到大的畫作，那刻才驚覺媽媽對自己的愛，耳邊更響起「媽咪很愛希 希的」的一句話。
Xixi: Keen and Careful | Mommy loves Xixi very much Xixi yearned for attention because she believed Mom just focused on her 3 younger brothers and sisters. The tutor accompanied her patiently and she was finally willing to share her heart. She remembered the tutor’s advice – “Mommy loves Xixi very much, but Mommy does not know how to express her love to Xixi”. After that, Xixi discovered Mom collected all her drawings in a folder. At that moment, she realized Mom’s love for her and remembered the sentence:

同行計劃 Walk Together 朋友同行計劃 Partnership Program 朋友同行計劃 -宣道會杏花邨堂 Partnership Program - The Christian and Missionary Alliance Heng Fa Chuen Church 宣道會杏花邨堂連續三年協辦「朋友同行計劃」，哥哥姐姐不單 為小朋友輔導學業，灌輸正面的人生態度和價值觀，更策劃發 掘社區趣聞的家庭一天遊，製造優質的親子時光。經過三年的 相處，小朋友早已把哥哥姐姐視為自己的朋友，無所不談。 The Christian and Missionary Alliance Heng Fa Chuen Church cooperated with us to organize the “Partnership Program” for a 3-year period. Young people from the church acted as elder brothers and sisters for our children. They tutored their schoolwork, taught

them positive attitudes and values, organized one-day family trip to interesting community and developed parent-child good quality time. After these 3 years, our children have already accepted these elder brothers and sisters as friends that can talk about anything.

Praise Dance
婦女告別繁瑣的家務勞動來到機構相聚，聽著輕快音樂、跳出優雅舞步、 呼吸吐納各式的運動，是個舒筋活絡的時刻。完成讚美操後，享用一個 輕盈早餐，彼此分享生活中的瑣碎事情，朋輩之間的了解及支持油然而 生。讚美操更不是一個限於室內進行的活動，有天我們走到海濱公園 載歌載舞，在街坊面前舉手投足也顯得自信十足。 Women leave their tedious housework behind and gather in our organization to enjoy light music, elegant dancing and breathing exercise. This is a time of bodily relaxation. They can enjoy a light breakfast afterwards to share trivial things in life. They then get to know and support each other as friends. Praise dance is not restricted as an indoor activity. One day, we gathered at a seaside park to sing and dance in front of the neighborhood.

健體班
Fitness Class
婦女一心一意照顧好家庭，往往忽視身體上的小毛病。健體班的設計則有助提升她們的體 能，亦擴闊她們的社交圈子。上健體班前，參與者會接受體格評估及健康諮詢，以了解自 身的身體狀況。當中患有高血壓、關節問題、足底筋膜炎的參與者卻在兩個月的訓練後 ，體能明顯有改善，痛楚消退，無疑鼓勵她們堅持運動，滿有動力建立美滿家庭。 Women often focus on taking care of their families but ignore their own health problems. The fitness class is designed to upgrade their physical fitness and expand their social circle. The participants need to attend fitness and health analysis beforehand so that they can understand their physical condition. There are participants with high blood pressure, joints pain and plantar fasciitis. After 2 months of training, their physical fitness is improved and pain is subsided. This encourages them to keep on doing exercise and energizes

我們除了積極舉辦活動招募義工，更致力培訓出一個核心義工團隊。參與者 透過義工核心課程的訓練，反思關愛別人的意義、增加社會參與感、提升 對服務對象的溝通技巧，最後發現自己的長處。再以一系列祝福探訪 的實踐，讓他們掌握服務對象的真正需要，繼而進深地同行。參與 者及服務對象同得著生命的改變，實在令人鼓舞。 Apart from organizing activities to recruit volunteers, we are also committed to train up a team of core members. During the core volunteer training program, the participants reflect on the meaning of caring for others. This can increase their sense of community involvement, upgrade their communication skill and discover their own strengths. They then practice this with multiple family visits to grasp the real need of the recipients so that they can walk with them in a deeper way. It is really encouraged to see the lives of both volunteers and recipients being transformed.

合作祝福活動
Cooperated Blessing Activity 「 耆鄰友里 」嘉年華之 『 手祝情深 』 手部按摩 “Neighborhood Care for Elderly” Carnival with “Hands for Love and Blessing” Hand Massage 浸信會愛羣社會服務處在1月舉辦的「 耆鄰友里 」嘉年華，邀來我們的義工婦女負責「手 祝情深」手部按摩的攤位，她們細心和熱誠的態度逗得長者開懷大笑。人們絡繹不絕地走到 我們的攤位，有位當值的保安員走過來展示剛扭傷的部位，我們隨即送上按摩油和傳授 按摩技巧。期盼一些小禮物及關愛行動能把大家連結起來，成為一個更具鄰里關係的社 區。 Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service organized a “Neighborhood Care for Elderly” Carnival in January and they invited our volunteered women to serve a booth for “Hands for Love and Blessing” hand massage. Their careful and zealous attitude brought great joy to the elderly and people kept coming to our booth. A security guard with a sprain came to us and we immediately gave him massage oil and taught him massage skills. With small gifts and caring actions, we hope to link the neighborhood together for better relationship in the community.

『 我是最好的 』夏令營 - 基督教宣道會愛光堂 “I am the Best” Summer Camp – Christian and Missionary Alliance Ruth Hitchcock Memorial Church 100人參與的營會，由多達4個堂會及機構共同策劃活動流程，於8月3日完滿結束。小朋友在 群體互動中提升社交能力，例如在歷奇訓練中為營友打氣、在音樂晚會中學習表達對同伴及 家長的欣賞，幫助他們建立成功的 人際關係 ，以及留下快樂的親子回憶。營會到了尾聲， 小朋友都帶著一臉依依不捨的樣子，可見兩日一夜已建立出單純可貴的友誼。 A camp of 100 candidates organized by 4 churches and ministries together was completed successfully on August 3rd. The children improved their social skills through group interaction; for examples they cheered up campmates at adventure training and expressed appreciation to companions and parents at music party. The activity helped them to establish successful interpersonal relationship and saved happy parent-child memories. The children really established pure and precious friendship with each

浸信會愛羣社會服務處/筲箕灣浸信會兒童部 “Little Caring Soldier” Parent-Child Visit Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service / Shaukeiwan Baptist Church Children Section 「 關愛小精兵 」是個為期兩個月的暑期活動，由筲箕灣浸信會選出16個親子組別，進行不
關愛動員 Action Care
親子探訪 之「關愛小精兵 」
少於4次的探訪，對象包括獨居長者、兩老共55個家庭。小精兵用心準備魔術和歌舞的表演 ，在家長的指引下製作小禮物，到了大派用場的當天，長者的臉上盡是掩不住的滿足和笑意 。同時因著我們與「愛群社會服務處」的連結，小精兵也參與他們舉辦的興東邨探訪，接觸 到更多長者。 “Little Caring Soldier” was a 2-month summer activity organized by Shaukeiwan Baptist Church. There were 16 parent-child groups with each carrying out at least 4 home visits. The receipients were 55 families which included both elderly living alone and elderly couples. The little soldiers practiced magic and dance and prepared little gifts under parental guidance. They brought great satisfaction and joy to the elderly during visits. Due to our connection with Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, the little soldiers could also join their visits to Hing Tung Estate and reach out to even more elderly.
培理聖誕佈道嘉年華 Pui Li Christmas Evangelical Carnival 「 祝福家庭，讓家庭得到轉化 」一直是我們的抱負，這些年來陸續取得區內數間幼稚 園的信任，例如開辦家長工作坊，接觸了不少家長。12月20日，我們獲邀參與浸信會培理學 校的聖誕佈道嘉年華，負責設計一個親子攤位遊戲，以食物銀行為主題，讓孩子學習施比受 更為有福，也讓家長懂得如何向孩子講解社群的需要。當日祝福覆蓋300個家庭。 It is always our ambition “To bless Family with Transformation”. We were able to gain trust from a few kindergartens in the community over the past few years. For example, we could reach out to many parents through organizing parent workshops. On December 20th, we were invited to participate in the Christmas Evangelical Carnival of Pui Li Baptist School and we were responsible to design a game booth for parents and children. The main theme was food bank for children to learn that giving was more blessed than receiving and for parents to understand how to teach children about community need. 300 families were blessed that day.

老幼同樂賀新歲 - 愛秩序官立小學/東區區議會 Chinese New Year Party for Elderly and Children – Aldrich Bay Government Primary School/ Eastern District Council
我們樂於策劃活動予團體 實踐社區服務 。為了讓小朋友學懂跟長者共處，也讓「長者關 懷服務」中的對象過春茗，我們連結了愛秩序灣官立小學開設20席盆菜宴，由小學生擔任坐 席義工幫長者夾菜、主動分享生活趣事。同時學校校長動員「家長教師會」策劃醒獅表演 、二胡獨奏、親子民歌隊等等的節目，得到長者一致豎起大拇指說，「小朋友夠主動， 好用心預備」。 We are willing to organize activities for different groups to practice community service. We aligned with Aldrich Bay Government Primary School to prepare 20 tables of poon choi feast for elderly from our caring service to enjoy Chunming. Children were assigned to each table to serve food and they learned how to communicate with elderly by sharing their own life experience. The headmaster of the school also mobilized “Parent Teacher Association” to organize lion awakening, erhu solo and parent-child folk song team etc. The elderly gave them the thumbs up sign saying “The children are initiative and attentive in preparation”.

做個情緒好管家 Be a Good Emotional Housekeeper 持續的憂慮會令小朋友增添壓力，在成長過程中出現負面情緒。為了支援小朋友留意其情緒 變化，我們在8月時聯同筲箕灣浸信會籌辦為期一週的「做個情緒好管家」工作坊，由他們 的青少年及關愛動員的實習生策劃活動，以挑戰重重的城市歷奇去訓練小朋友的膽量，以解 難遊戲引導小朋友正向地面對難題。相信小朋友遇到壓力時能適當調節自己， 展現高情緒
智能 。 Children who are consistently under stress and worry would develop negative emotions during growth. In order to support children in their emotional change, we aligned with Shaukeiwan Baptist Church in August to organize a one-week “Be a Good Emotional Housekeeper” workshop. The church teenagers and interns from Action Care planned the activities together. There were challenging city adventures to train their courage and problem-solving games to help them handle problems positively.

“Heartfelt Warmth” Christmas Poon Choi Feast 「 聖誕千人盆菜宴 」動員逾300位坐席接待及後勤義工、12隊表演及創意
關愛動員 Action Care
「 暖.在心 」 聖誕盆菜宴 攤位義工.…最終順利舉辦規模如此大的祝福活動，單靠我們怎能事成，足 見義工的投入籌備、慈善團體的捐款及物資，那顆樂於祝福社區的心成為 最大的推動力。一個個有老有嫩的家庭就是重要的宴客，接下我們安排這場「暖. 在心」的祝福，互相說聲「聖誕快樂，身體健康！」。 “Thousand People Christmas Poon Choi Feast” mobilized more than 300 table stewards, many backstage volunteers, 12 performance teams and many creative booth volunteers. Such a huge blessing activity cannot be successful without the devoted preparation of volunteers, money and resources donation of charitable organizations and their eagerness and great motivation to bless the community. The old and young from each family were our honored guests as we organized this “Heartfelt Warmth” blessing. We greeted each other “Merry Christmas and Good Health!”.
