關於關愛動員 | Who We Are 關愛動員(國際)有限公司(下稱：關愛動員)成立 於20 08年，是一間香港註冊的慈善機構(註冊 編號︰91/9677)。自成立以來，一直致力推動社 區的憐憫工作，我們認為憐憫有別於施捨。憐 憫是內在生命的質素，是生活態度，是由愛從 心發出來的果效，讓人感受被愛和接納。我們 不分宗教、種族、國籍、階層，並積極連結不同 伙伴，藉着物資轉贈、外展探訪及家庭支援等， 幫助社區有需要的人。關愛動員現時的服務地 點集中在港島東區，主要對象為無家者、拾荒 者、新移民、獨居長者、單親 及低收入家庭。 Action Care is a Hong Kong registered charitable organization (File No. 91/9677) established in 2008. Our goal is to service our needy community through acts of love and mercy. We perform more than charity work. Mercy is a quality of life, an attitude resulting from our love inside, which makes people feel being loved and accepted. Our community is served regardless of their race , nationality or religion. We serve the homeless, scavengers, new immigrants, elderly, single parents and low-income families in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. We serve the needy through aligning

關愛動員服務 | Our Services 1. 恩典屋服務站 Grace House 「恩典屋」，是我們在這社區的服務站，也是帶給人心靈滿足的「 家」。我們收集善心人或機構送贈的物資。透過每日派發的過程，義 工和街坊漸漸地建立一份互信，彼此有真誠的分享。當他們面對困難 時，義工們都在旁為他們打氣。部分街坊還自願成為關愛動員義工， 彼此同行，投入社區。
Grace House is our service station in this community; it is also a home for spiritual support. Through a simple greeting or chit-chat, neighbors can share their joy and sadness in this place. Volunteers hope that through appropriate support, sincere caring and encouraging words, they can give them more energy to face challenges in life. Some of them have even become volunteers of Action Care.
街坊甲，她丈夫早前患上了腸癌，透過每星期有機蔬菜的 供應，她可以放心煮給丈夫食用。現她丈夫日漸回復健 康，她心情也寬暢多了。(街坊甲-有機蔬菜街坊) Neighbor A discovered her husband has cancer. She cooked the organic vegetables that were given to her via the Grace House Service. Her husband is recovering gradually, and she feels much better. (Neighbor A - receiver of organic vegetables) 恆常服務：食物援助服務：眾善 坊分發站、關愛糧倉、義剪祝 福、輝哥有機蔬菜等，支援長者 及自修班事工。
Regular services : Food bank, Fai Gor Organic Vegetables, Free Haircut, Elderly support and Tutorial Classes. 非恆常服務：時節祝福包。

2. 外展關懷服務 Outreach Visit to Scavengers and Homeless People 進到基層當中，是我們外展探訪隊的原動力，讓街友可以感受關心、 接納和被尊重。我們分派餐廳捐贈的愛心飯盒到拾荒者和無家者手 中，給予關懷與祝福。與他們一同享用及交流，讓他們感受到一份支 持和尊重。貫徹以行動去服侍和分享愛，讓「愛」化成「行動」。
Outreaching to and caring for the scavengers and homeless people are the ultimate goal for our volunteers. We aim to make them feel support, acceptance and respect. We distributed free lunch boxes supported by a nearby restaurant. We shared food with them together and hope to give them actual support.
初認識橋友乙時，他是沒有自信，更不喜歡說話，早期問 他的近況，答案都只是 “幾好啦！”。 經過一段時間建立和 鼓勵下，現在他更願意深分享他的需要或難處，而且也常 面露笑容，亦跟我們的義工回教會聚會。 When we first met Mr. B near the bridge, he was very shy and responded only with limited words like “Ok”. After we got to know him, he was willing to share his difficulties. He goes to church with us now as a volunteer and always wears a smile.

Regular services : Scavengers and Homeless people visit, family visit. 非恆常服務：義剪祝福、團年聚餐、端午祝福糉、中秋 月餅、冬至開飯、聖誕節禮包、寒衣送暖。
Special events : Haircut service, Festival visit includes Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat, Autumn Festival, Winter Feast, Christmas and Winter.

3. 長者關懷服務 Serving the Elderly 「尊榮加冕，金齡歲月」長者大半生所經歷的艱辛及在社會付出的努 力，絕對值得我們獻上敬意及送上祝福。 在安排祝福飯的聚會上，除了享用一頓營養午餐，也希望長者心靈上 得安慰。為加強長者在思考及身體的協調能力，我們設計了不同的活 動如長者話劇工作坊、讚美操及遊戲等。聚會中，每位義工都帶著愛 心和耐性跟每一位長者溝通，使他們感到被重視。
As the elderly have contributed to the society most of their lives, we hope to pay our tribute to the older generation and bless the elderly by serving them. To spread warmth, care and positive energy, our blessed lunch gatherings are held every Tuesday and Friday mornings. We offer physical and mental training for them such as Drama class, Praise Dance and games. Every volunteer communicates with the elderly with love and patience, making them feel respected.
恆常服務：長者祝福飯、長者話 劇及手工藝工作坊、長者探訪。
Regular services : Blessed Lunch Gathering, Drama for the Elderly, Handicraft Class, Home Visit. 非恆常服務 : 音樂啟蒙工作坊、 老友濟濟賀新歲、長者 3 D A r t 班、秋季長者大旅行、生日會、 冬至樂繽 FUN 午餐、聖誕聯歡。
Special events : Music Class, Chinese New Year Gathering, 3D Art Class, Autumn Tour, Birthday Party, Winter Feast Lunch Gathering, Christmas Party.
有一位長者好一段時間沒有來取飯，義工們都很掛念她。藉 同工致電了解後得知她因關節炎發作腳腫不能外出，義工們 得悉後立即坐言起行，於當日上門探望及陪同她去求診。事 後長者還向義工們說康復後請大家去飲茶呢！ There is one elderly that did not show up for a long time. Our volunteers missed her very much and reached her by phone. We discovered she could not walk because of arthritis. We took her to see a doctor the next day and she is recovered now. Immediate attention for the elderly is critical.

4. 家庭關懷服務 Focus on the Family 家是心之所在，家庭亦是社會最 基礎的單位，在文化傳承、價值 觀的塑造及傳遞都擔當着重要的 角色。我們的抱負是生命、家庭 及社區得着轉化，故設計了具教 育性、經驗實踐及以生命成長為 導向的活動，以促進家庭成員間
“Home” is the place of heart. Family is also the basic unit of society; it plays an important role in forming and passing on culture and values. Our mission is to transform life, family and community. Therefore, we have designed educational, practical and growthdriven activities to facilitate communication amongst family members. These aim to drive the unity of family and to reinforce family function.

單親媽媽獨力帶著子女的無助，令家庭問題衍生，婦女丁透 過關愛動員同工和義工的同行鼓勵，讓她得到關懷和支持， 現在更願意協助我們的服務，為社會出一分力。 Single Mom Y takes care of her children alone. With the help and encouragement of volunteers, she feels care and support. She is willing to give back to the society. 恆常服務：讀書會、家長加油站、情緒支援。
Regular service : Book Reading Club, Parental Support Group. 非恆常服務：蝶古巴特拼貼活動、親子陶瓷初體驗、齊來做 個小鐵人、美食分享會、穌哥請食飯。
Special events : Decoupage activities, Ceramic for parent and child, Be an “Iron” child, Food sharing, So Gor lunch gathering.

5. 婦女同行計劃 Serving Women in the Community 「助人自助計劃」，目的是希望透過活動發揮婦女的潛能與優勢，從 群體中建立友誼，重拾自信，互相勉勵支持。當婦女面對婚姻、子女 成長、家庭經濟壓力的同時，讓她們有抒發的空間。2017年，除定 期舉辦聚會或工作坊培訓婦女，也讓婦女融入社會，參與一些協作平 台成為導師的助教。
“Serving Oneself, Serving Others” program, our goal is to develop the talent and strength of women in the community, and to help them build friendship and confidence. This is a place for women to openly share their difficulties such as marriage problems, children and financial issues. In 2017, we organized meetings or workshops to gather women together and gave them a platform to develop/express themselves. 原來我也可以成為關愛動員的助手，去到其他機構和教會 與一群婦女交流和分享手部按摩的服侍，我不再單單是一 個受助者，我也是有價值的。（婦女戊） “ I cannot imagine myself as a massage helper serving women in other organizations and churches. I am no longer just a receiver but a giver.” said Woman E. 恆常服務：DIY手作坊、有機菜義賣。
Regular services : DIY workshop, Organic Vegetables. 非恆常服務：婦女步步“糕”升、樂在花藝種、三八婦女節活 動、齊展所長繽紛虛。
Special events : Chinese New Year cake making, Fun in Gardening, March 8 Women Day, Carnival for Women talent.

6. 兒童關懷服務 Caring for Our Children 小朋友擁有無限的創意，無窮的精力，以及超出我們想像的天賦，關 愛動員珍惜與未來主人翁邁步前行的機會，見證他們茁壯地成長。我 們從兩個進路去支援他們：一是學習支援，如恆常自修班，英文班和 一些短期英語班。另一方面，是在心智上有健康發展，例如互愛體驗 或訓練營等。為求兒童在「德智體群美」等各方面有不同的經歷。
Young children are full of energy and creativity. They have talents that are beyond our imagination. Action Care treasures the opportunity to walk with them and witness their growth. We support them in two-folds. One is to support them with their school studies. Another one is to support the mental development of the child. 阿辛是有特殊教育需要的兒童，學習進度落後，亦常被人誤 解。透過自修班，阿辛不但學會守規矩，亦因爲導師們的悉 心照顧下，漸漸建立起自信！在下學期成積更突飛猛進！ Ah H is a SEN child. As she could not follow rules properly, her grades did not meet the standard and also, her behavior was always misunderstood. With the help of the tutor in the tutorial class, she has built her confidence, and improved her grades.
恆常服務：個別學習支援、自修班、英文班、心智上支援、同行 計劃。
Regular services : Individual learning support, Tutorial Class, English Class, Partnership program and support in. 非恆常服務：小鞋盒、十八區同樂遊、King Sir美術班、桌遊學會 話、小農夫體驗。
Special Events : Small shoe box, 18 Districts Carnival, King Sir Art Class, Fun Conversation Learning, Little Farmer experience. 杏宣同行計劃 : 旺角Party、大浪灣行山樂、杏花邨尋寶遊戲、尋 找北極光、石澳燒烤。
Alliance Church Heng Fa Chuen Program : Mongkok Party, Hiking , Heng Fa Chuen Treasure Game, Search for North Pole Light, Shek O BBQ.

7. Big Brother 同行計劃
一班男義工，定期持續關顧一些基層或單親家庭的小朋友，希望與孩 子同行，鼓勵他們，充當他們的生命教練，分享經驗幫助孩子解難和 面對挑戰，給他們多一份支持！今年於東龍島舉辦「讓夢想高飛」活 動，邀請孩子們把夢想畫在風箏上，再帶他們到高地放風箏。孩子們 眼見「夢想」一一隨風飛揚都非常興奮，我們希望藉此激勵孩子帶著 冀盼夢想未來，建立積極正面的人生觀。
A group of warm-hearted Big Brother volunteers use their leisure time to care for over 20 children aged 5 to 12. They walk with them and help them to establish positive life goals. The volunteers encourage the children and become their life guide by sharing their experiences with them. In the event of East Dragon Island, a “Fly your dreams!” program encouraged children to have dreams.

8. 青少年同行計劃 Youth Program 少年十五、二十時是大腦重塑的重要階段，亦是人生最精采的青葱歲 月。年青人愛創新又富有冒險精神，擁有嶄新的思維和視野，他們就 好像一盒積木，潛藏無限可能的空間。我們明白到年青人最需要同 行、融入和共鳴。透過「實習生培訓計劃」、「青才聯盟」等活動， 盼望與年青人一起走上發現之旅，讓他們由內而外重新認識自己，調 整身心迎接充滿機遇的未來。
Youth mind is a like a building block with millions of possibilities. They are adventurous and full of new ideas. They also need space and guidance to develop their leadership and themselves.
青少年阿癸，很想藉文字與別人分享她所信所想。今年她參加 了本機構的《發現》採訪編輯實習計劃，透過與志同道合的青 少年一起接受裝備及策劃出版刊物，一起尋夢追夢。現在她找 到一份採訪編輯的工作，繼續向她的夢想進發。 Young lady J always hope to share her message and thoughts through words. She joined“Discovery” interim program from Action Care this year. She found a group of friends that shared the same vision and dreamed together. She is now looking for a journalist job and continuing her journey.

9. 南亞裔服務 Serving South Asian Residents 關愛動員一直關注南亞裔學童的成長和需要，我們除了提供個別支 援，更會聯絡友好機構進行家訪或學習支援，希望他們盡快融入社 群，盼望有更多對南亞裔學童的義工能與他們同行。
We are very concerned about the developmental needs of South Asian students and therefore hold activities for South Asian families regularly. We hope that they will understand the local culture and will be able to integrate into our community. 我喜歡來這裡學習，她們會教我讀書和做手工，有時更講故事 給我聽。（南亞裔小朋友） 關愛幫了我很多，他們知道我身體不適，更將物資送到天台屋 給我。感謝你們！（南亞裔媽媽） “I love to come here. The teacher taught me how to do homework and handcraft. She read stories to me sometimes.” (South Asian student) “Action Care gives me a lot of help. 社區網絡結連 | Connecting 關愛動員盼望凝聚個人、學校、團體、社會各界優勢，推動跨界別合 作，建立互信互助的網絡，攜手建構充滿人情味的共融社區。2016 年底，關愛動員更榮獲勞工及福利局社會投資共享基金頒發「資本動 力獎」。 * 2017年，我們得到眾伙伴和同行者的支持，當中有的是物資上的捐 贈、有的是在金錢上的捐獻、有的是專業上的支援、更有勞動性的協 助。在此，關愛動員謹代表受惠的群體向眾伙伴及熱心人士致予衷心 的感謝! 支持單位眾多，未能在此一一盡錄，希望我們繼續同心祝福 社區。

義工分享 | Sharing of Volunteers 關愛動員相信平等、真誠、尊重是關懷服務的關鍵。持之以恆的接觸 更可以建立關係及帶來信任，讓我們可以關愛全人。不過要成就這願 景，單靠幾位在職同工的力量根本是不可能的任務。感恩關愛動員一 直有一班志同道合、風雨同行的義工朋友，他們經年累月的付出，使 到我們的服務可以有持續性的發展。回望過去，關愛動員走過的每一 段路，都有或在前綫，或在幕後的義工朋友支持我們。展望未來，我 們會繼續以愛與關懷前行，期待你我一起努力，用心去感受，用愛去 轉化，用盼望去燃亮社區！
Action Care believes that the key to a caring service is equality, sincerity and respect. Through long-term relationship building, we can provide the community an all-rounded care and support. With the limited time and energy of a few staff, it is impossible to fulfill this vision. We are thankful that Action Care has a group of united and committed volunteers. With their dedication and continuous sacrifice, we are able to continue growing and expanding our services. As we look back at every stage that Action Care has passed through, we must appreciate each frontline staff and volunteers. Looking into future, we will continue to walk with love and care. We hope you will also keep giving effort with us to feel with heart, to transform with love and to enlighten the community with hope! 在服侍當中，見到長者們開心喜悅的笑容，我就感到很滿足。 我是教讚美操的義工，每次見到他們盡心盡力跟著跳、跟著 做，雖然身體或有限制，但他們願意去做，能做多少就做多 少，使身體退化程度減慢，這是非常難得的。他們積極面對人 生的態度，令我非常感動，他們面上燦爛的笑容，叫我催促自 己要做得更好。(長者祝福飯義工-吳艷珍女士) I felt so happy seeing smiling and happy faces when serving in the Blessed Lunch for the elderly.
