T h e F ine P r int Waivers, Class Cancellations and Drop-in Passes Waiver – All participants are required to sign a yearly waiver before beginning the program. The waiver is available on line at www.recservices.ualberta.ca and www.activityreg.ualberta.ca, as well as at the Activity Registration Zone and the Recreation Services customer service desks. Class changes and cancellations – We make decisions about class cancellations because of low enrolment the day before the class begins – Minimum enrolments must be met by this time for classes to run. – Under some circumstances, classes with low enrollment may run the first week to encourage registration, but may be cancelled in the second week – Although we make every effort to run all classes listed in the Activities Guide, classes may be cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances
