procter & Gamble developed a new tech: Opté precision skincare system

Opté Precision Skin Care System is a new device which corrects the skin in a very short time, like a Snapchat filter or retouch on Photoshop. After 10 years of development, Procter & Gamble has collaborated with an internal startup to develop Opté. The device analyses the skin and corrects imperfections using algorithms to harmonize your face. This technology, equipped with a corrective serum, is applied to the skin whenever it detects an imperfection (blemishes, mole…) and is designed to last a full day.

Samsung Bot Care: Your companions of the future

The Korean giant of the electronic industry is diversifying into service robotics. Discovered at the high-tech Las Vegas tradeshow in early January, Samsung Electronics launched its Bot machines based on its Bixby artificial intelligence platform. Coty Smart mirror: virtual hair diagnosis

The smart mirror uses augmented reality to suggest and visualize hair styles or even colorings. Developed with Wella Professionals teams, the innovation uses a 360° video capture system available to the customer to visualize the result of a cut in detail. Beyond this visualization mode, the mirror offers a personalized follow-up with an archiving of cuts, hair problems and usual care. The ambition of the tool is to offer the most suitable service possible with an ultra-personalized approach.

ADIDAS DEPLOYS AI TO HELP SHOPPERS COMPLETE THEIR LOOK

Adidas collaborated with Findmine, a specialized company in IA platforms. The objective of the brand was to develop its cross-selling strategy and web-traffic performance.
By focusing its technology on the online function “style suggestion”, customers can browse the Adidas website and benefit from a customized offer based on their various searches (style, product category, colors). Nordstrom launches a winter retail concept « Cold out »

Nordstrom has just revealed its first retail concept of 2019. The retailer selected 20 brands from Scotland, Sweden, Canada, France, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Italy and the United States. The “Cold out” concept will promote these brands in a winter atmosphere, in total accordance with the season in order to create a fully immersive customer experience with products, at the heart of its needs. The Nordstrom concept is ephemeral before giving way to new immersive experiences in line with seasonality and the various events of the year. ALTAVIA PReSENTATION

In order to develop an immersive retail atmosphere experience in small locations, Nike combines physical services and digital functionalities. Once the application is downloaded, customers can scan the QR code on mannequins and explore the product size and availability of colors. To excel the fitting experience, Nike will give customers the possibility to personalize the fitting room atmosphere (lighting, decors‌) in order to help them visualize the products they are trying.
