l St. Clare’s College cuenta con 12 años de vida y de experiencia en liderazgo educativo. Diez generaciones se graduaron de nuestras aulas, portadores del diploma bilingüe del Bachiilerato Internacional. Desde Kidergarten a IB, con una extensa carga horaria del idioma inglés y deportes, y un sello distintivo de ayuda permanente a la comunidad, manejo ambiental y arte, nuestra institución promueve el desarrollo de las habilidades académicas, cognitivas, sociales y culturales de nuestros alumnos, quienes se destacan dentro y fuera de la institución como indagadores y ciudadanos del mundo. ST. CLARE'S COLLEGE bears 12 years of life and experience in academic leadership. Ten generations have graduated from our classrooms and received the International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma. From Kindergarten to IB, with a significant course load of English and sports, and a distinctive seal of permanent help to the community, environmental management and art, our school promotes the development of the academic, cognitive, social and cultural skills of our students, who stand out inside and outside the classroom as inquirers and citizens of the world. To protect the environment is part of the essence of St. Clare's and its mission to improve the world day by day, all around us, to then encourage our students to embark into unimaginable adventures with endless potential. Clear examples of these are our former students' excellent accomplishments. HELLO FROM OXFORD Hola Queridas Familias del St. Clare's! Desde Oxford, UK les escribo como Group Leader. Estamos en St. Clare's College, Oxford donde nos llaman 'our sister school'. Este colegio, que tiene 63 años, está ubicado en Summertown, una zona residencial privilegiada de la ciudad. Lo interesante es que en lugar de ser un solo edificio, el complejo entero tiene unas 33 casas que tienen destinadas a diferentes funciones. Por ejemplo, Biblioteca, Oficinas Centrales, Comedor, Residencias para alumnos, para profesores, casas para aulas. Todas ellas de un distintivo estilo inglés y unos jardines más ingleses todavía, tan lindos que no se pueden creer, es un verde que no existe en una paleta de colores normal, las flores, en su mayoría rosas son espectaculares, todo es vital, una explosión de la naturaleza. No en vano la floración se llama 'bloom'!! Es realmente un Bloom!! Los Summer Courses reciben alumnos de todas partes del mundo y en esta semana estamos conviviendo con italianos, croatas, búlgaros, franceses, argentinos (de Córdoba) y todos alojados en las casas del colegio y mezclados. Ninguno de los chicos comparte su cuarto con alguien que habla su idioma. Es maravillosa la interacción! Los chicos van y vienen dentro del radio del colegio a las horas establecidas, pero también tienen tiempo de divertirse entre clases y después de hora.el sol se pone a las 22:15!! Pueden hacer football, ping pong, punting, puf! Realmente interminable, pero sobre todo lo que más disfrutan es socializar. Apenas llegan, los informan del funcionamiento y después les ponen pruebas de nivel que nuestros alumnos pasaron con 'flying colours', realmente se destacan por su vocabulario, fluidez y conducta.
