Do you like fruits better than vegetables, or the other way around? You have probably heard how important it is to eat these daily, but do you know why? Let’s take a look! Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that protect against disease, keep you healthy, and helping to avoid the need of taking bad-tasting medicine (unless you absolutely have to). God created them that way, as each one contains different vitamins and minerals that are good for you. So to get the best effect, try to eat as many colors of them as you can!
