THE Freshmax Group is about innovation. With a growing presence on the international apple and pear market, the Australasian company is now looking at ways to engage a youthful, health savvy demographic, as national marketing manager of Freshmax Group, Sona Padman stated,

“All these brands target an international audience that is young, like to experiment, loves quality products and combines the pleasure of good food and healthy living. With that notion, our focus is to drive these brands using consumer-driven content strategy.”

Distributing to over 87 countries through its international arm, Valleyfresh™, the Freshmax™ story has evolved rapidly since its inception in New Zealand, 27 years ago.

Acquiring intellectual property in fruit varietals and continuously striving to find more innovative and efficient supply chains, the Freshmax™ Group is a formidable force to be reckoned with in fresh produce marketing.

The Modi® apples, Honey Belle™ and Piqa® Boo® brands produced by the Pomona consortium, comprising Oakmoor, Turnbull Brothers, Chatswood Farm and Pickworth Orchards, offer consumers a delicious array of fresh produce with prolonged shelf-life, eye catching colour and early season ready-to-eat fruit.
