DIVERSE Builders was proudly founded by Neil and Fiona Rose in 1985. After decades of building high-quality, much-loved homes across the region, high-end custom home builders Matt Kelly and Shane Gatson were appointed the new directors, alongside Neil Rose, from July 2022.

They are trusted builders who offer a range of carefully considered plans with the flexibility to accommodate customisation of both the façade and floor plans, in addition to being custom build specialists.

Currently the team are in the process of finessing their plan range to refresh the list of inclusions and offer more sustainable, energy-conscious homes.

“We uniquely offer set plans with flexibility, like a volume builder, but also offer a complete design and construct service as a custom builder to craft your beautiful new home to your exact specifications,” said co-director Shane.

“Servicing a 100km radius from Shepparton means we have fostered relationships with the best trades and suppliers to meet all of your needs and requirements.”

Diverse Builders also have a plethora of commercial experience, with multi-million-dollar projects for both government and private sectors under their belt.

“As commercial builders, we have constructed government, education, aged care, retail and office buildings to a high standard, on time and within budget,” said co-director, Shane Gatson.

“We have made sympathetic alterations to historic buildings, constructed fire and police stations, and built architecturally designed portable classrooms.”

Building can be daunting, explained co-director Matt Kelly.

“That’s why we wish to provide a streamlined, high-end, positive building experience from start to finish. Our new display home currently in the works will showcase all the inclusions, options and our vision for our clients,” said Shane.

“We aim to passionately impart local knowledge, honesty and user-friendly processes and provide the highest of quality building solutions and experience to our diverse, local community. We strive to become the region’s builder of choice.”
