AHLEI offers four different Areas of Specialization, offering a streamlined curriculum focusing on a single area of hospitality operations and management. Each Area of Specialization includes the “Supervision in the Hospitality Industry” course, plus four other courses selected to provide students with an in-depth exploration of a particular facet of the industry. After passing the final exam, students will receive a certificate of completion for each of the five individual courses, as well as a Certificate of Specialization in recognition of completing the entire curriculum.
