BACKGROUND Event marketing is a form of sales promotion that company can applied. According to Hoyle (2006:45), event marketing is a form of communication that has several approaches, emotional communication method and touching customers by involving them in activities. Based on a popular data, 95% of companies have used event marketing and 78% said that event marketing is effective in marketing activities. Where it can improve brand awareness, product images and company sales. It became one of the reasons why companies desperately need event marketing. One of event marketing activities that can be applied for IPMI is Office to Office Roadshow. By organizing Office to Office Roadshow IPMI can conduct promotions directly to potential customers.

WHAT IS OFFICE TO OFFICE? Office to Office is a form of soft selling marketing method, where IPMI visit companies directly by introducing products through a series of events roadshow.

HOW OFFICE TO OFFICE WORKS? •

Office to Office is a marketing event for promotion of education-based products. Office to Office activities provide seminars to several target companies who are prospective customers to IPMI. The speakers from this seminar come from practitioners, professional, faculty or alumni from IPMI. The speakers will play a role in

introducing IPMI in more detail through talk show topics and also experience sharing, thus indirectly becoming soft selling for IPMI. Targeted number of participants: 15-20 participants.

Targeted age of participants: 23-35 years’ old (who are employees

with bachelor degree) Office to Office targeted company employees who consider career ladder, so indirectly also foster interest to take the magister program.
