Measure of success

Promotion • Help the Organizing Committee execute the promotion plan

• The effectiveness and creativity when executing the plan

• Regular report to Promotion manager of the project

• The number of students joining Winter Camp 2015

Online channel management • Attract targeted audience to online channel • Create initiatives to make the online channel as attractive as possible • Find sources for content marketing of the project

• The attraction of online channels (likes, comments on Facebook, etc.) • The number of students joining Winter Camp 2015 due to online channels.

Offline channel management • Attract students to join Winter Camp from your schools (by means of Information Booth, workshop, word-of-mouth, class presenting, etc.) • Organize pre-events (if possible)

• The number of students joining Winter Camp 2015 in your school and taking part in pre-events

Working with international students • Join rehearsal, dry-run of the camp run by international students • Join some interns’ engagement activities

• Rate of intern satisfaction (based on feedback) • The number of activities you join

Event organizing • Facilitate in event organizing of pre-events, promotion campaign, etc. • Join the rehearsal of the main program

Design materials (uniform, posters, badges, backdrop, etc.) if possible
