Alumni Mentoring Project booklet for outgoing AIESECers + Alumni by the MC France 14.15 
SUMMARY Goal Our longterm vision for the project „AIESEC France Alumni Revival“ is to create a longterm, sustainable communication and interaction between the French AIESECers of the past and the present. This connection should empower the federation by enabling both sides to learn from each other and create a crossgenerational network.
Concept Mentoring Current AIESECers and those who just finished their experience in the organization are mostly finishing or have finished their Master studies. At this point each one of them could profit from the experience and guidance of an Alumnus who already lived a professional business collecting a lot of own experiences. Our Mentoring program is targeting both sides, the new generation and the experienced Alumni, by offering them a platform to find each other while also providing them with a matching service between Mentor-Mentee.

! Conditions 1.
For both sides of this program you need to have been active member of AIESEC in France for at least half a year.

As we wish to facilitate the contact and communication between the AIESEC Alumni we have in France and AIESEC every participant in the Alumni Mentoring program needs to be part of the AIESEC Alumni France*.
3.
There is no guarantee for finding a mentor or mentee if you apply for the program as we need matching pairs. Still we will keep each candidate with a full application in the database to see if a new candidate matches with him or her.
