BD ceeder Your role will be managing the relationship with the national iGT partners of the MC in France. You will have the opportunity to be in direct contact with HR managers of French companies. You will be integrated in the MC team and under the responsibility of the MCVP ICX. Your main responsibilities will be: - Manage the relationship with the partners - Understanding the needs of the company in terms of HR - Promoting the open opportunities among the AIESEC network - Sourcing the best candidates and running interviews with them - Taking care of the visa procedure of the candidate if needed - Coordinate the reception of the intern with the hosting LC - Upscaling the relationship with the partners - Eventually, contributing to do sales to have more national partners.
