Dear Candidate, You are welcome to design your application in a way that will express your personality. The objective of this application is to determine your motivations, your skills at team management, and see what ideas you can bring as chair of the Entity Control Board (ECB). The applications for the ICX and OGX case managers will be determined by the ECB Chair. Note: Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Creating Full monthly Report of all Quality Cases Selecting Random samples of EPs from each LC Audit the LCs that have cases and make a report about the situation in those LCs. Create a Virtual Platform where All Cases, Reports and Data are Located. Revise samples of legal statuses such as Contracts and legal issues. Create Auditing Forms upon the Type of Exchange Create educational webinars Creating and following the ECB Page Duration is until July 31st, 2017
Profile and Requirements Experience ❏ ❏ ❏
Previous EB or NST experience required Can not be a current member of the Executive Board 2016-17 of AIESEC France Exchange experience preferred
AIESEC Knowledge ❏ Understanding of global and national XPP (exchange program policies) ❏ Global Standards and Satisfactions knowledge Specific Skills ❏ Time and team management ❏ Good communication skills ❏ Knowledge of French is not required but is a bonus

General Questionnaire 1. Why do you want to be an ECB Manager of AIESEC in France and how will this experience contribute to your future aspirations? 2. In your own personal opinion, what do you think the roles of the Entity Control Board team should be? 3. What are some challenges you see in maintaining proper Standards and Satisfactions with our exchange participants and other stakeholders? What are main S & S that are usually not fulfilled when participants go abroad? 4. What are some of the main challenges our Trainees face when coming to France? 5. What suggestions can we give to LCs to limit the number of detractors and EP cases we receive?
