General Profile The National Support Team is a group of individuals from the AIESEC networks that works on multiple projects for the growth and development of AIESEC in France.

BD 1. E-venter

- Representative of the MC by running the events together with the LCs, such as trainings for members, Youth Speak Forum, other stakeholders events (companies or other) - Final responsible of the events organization, based on AIESEC in France needs - Responsible of planning & managing the budget, contacting necessary persons, managing participants, logistics, defining the MoS & KPIs, assessing results - Work in corners with NSTs responsible for the agenda of the events as NST TM Entity boost manager. - Educate the LCs on organizing high quality events

BD 2. Alum’ lighter -

Activate the Alumni network as AAF and other

Assess Alumni’s potential and propose strategies to match their needs & actions with those of the MC and the LCs.

Be the main point of contact (PoC) with key alumni supporting AIESEC BD performance.

Search and build relationship with key alumni to convert them in new TN-Takers, National Partners, Facilitators, Advisers, events managers or other.

Involve Alumni in the management of events & trainings, allowing them to be independent in their Alumni event and to attend AIESEC event

Build a sustainable relationship with Alumni by engaging the whole networks of AIESEC France and AIESEC Alumni France.

Identify & contact key ALUMNI desiring to engage with AIESEC

BD 3. Partnership for Youth

Support the MCVP BD in creating partnerships for increasing our impact on youth and being more accessible to everyone. This strategic position focuses especially on B2C (Business to Customer) and B2M (Business to Member) approaches. Examples of partnerships : discounts for public transportation (bus/airlines/train), for students (ISIC), goodies for B2C & B2M, partnerships with other youth organizations. Ensure the best experience possible for members and EPs by working on axes that bring indirect revenues to the organization. Opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial & proactive mindset in a dynamic environment and learning by doing, to see the direct impact of your contribution and to be in direct relation with the partners.

Responsible of developing national strategies and national IXP campaign Tracking of the LCs in order to achieve IXP (IXP Abroad and RXP) Try to reduce external recruitment evolving in our processes. To develop showcasing strategies at national level Deliver IXP booklet for outgoing and Reintegration Collaborate with OGX to create attractive ways for the membership to go abroad as reintegrating EPs (Settle touch points; like webinars, videos or other)

BD 1. E-venter 1. Why are you the most suitable for this position? Explain with your background, skills, etc.

2. How would you organize an event ? What process should you follow ? What is the most important ? 3. Mini case study : you need to organize the Youth Speak Forum in March 2017, which aims to sensibiliser youth around topics aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. You need to reach 1000 attendants and invite 10 speakers. You have a limited budget of ₏ 400. We are in December 2016 and you still don’t have any venue. Design an action plan with priorities.


BD 2. Alum’ lighter 1. Make a video presenting yourself (3 strengths, 3 weaknesses, your added value & personal contribution as NST in BD to AIESEC in France) 2. Explain the use & importance of Alumni network in France. In what can they improve our reality ? 3. Analyse the current situation of Alumni in France using SWOT (be the most accurate possible) 4. According to the SWOT, define a logical strategy to activate the Alumni potential


BD 3. Partnership for Youth 1. Introduce yourself in an original and personalized way (video, pictures,‌ ) highlighting your experience in AIESEC and your contribution as NST Partnership for Youth. 2. What does a partnership mean to you ? Why is it important ? 3. Analyze the current situation of AIESEC in France in terms of partnerships and set a year-vision for AIESEC in France in terms of partnerships (in other words what you want the federation to become within the next years). NB: You can make a SWOT. 4. On the basis of your analysis, define the priorities in terms of partnerships.

What are the best countries to partner with for OGE 4. How can we ensure that the LCs are focusing on OGE and the national strategy is downscaled on local level ? 5.
