YouthSpeak Manager Your mission will be ensuring the success of the YouthSpeak, which aims to inspire, engage and activate youth around Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations. Its is split into four parts : a survey, a report, a Forum and a project implementation. You will be integrated in the MC team and under the responsibility of the MCVP BD in charge of the project. You will have the opportunity to be in direct contact with students and professional actors (from governments, companies to NGOs, … to youth organizations). Your main responsibilities will be : - Coordinate the different phases of the YouthSpeak (survey, report, …) - Take part in the Forum organisation - Support the actors’ (OC members, speakers, …) coordination in the Forum preparation and running - Ensure the project implementation following the Forum

General Profile The National Support Team (NST) is a group of individuals from the AIESEC networks that works on multiple projects for the growth and development of AIESEC in France.

Partnership for Youth - Support the MCVP BD in creating partnerships for increasing our impact on youth and being more accessible to everyone. This strategic position focuses especially on B2C approach (Business to Customer and Business to Members). - Examples of partnerships : discounts for public transportation (bus/airlines/train), for students (ISIC), goodies, partnerships with other youth organizations & public institutions (government, etc.) for trainings, attending conferences, etc. - Ensure the best experience possible for members and EPs by working on axes that bring indirect revenues to the organization. - Why should you apply ? Analyze the current situation of AIESEC in France in terms of partnerships and set a year-vision for AIESEC in France in terms of partnerships (in other words what you want the federation to become within the next years). NB: You can make a SWOT. 5. On the basis of your analysis, define the priorities in terms of partnerships.
