Failed Interview or no reply from TN after the promised date?
Nothing Time wait for no one. 1. Quickly apply for more opportunities. If your EP has reached 15 active applications, then withdraw the application which has no replies for long time. Go to My Applications -> Withdraw application. 2. Search for TN Manager contact in EXPA.
1. Obtain the Opportunity ID. Eg. https://internships.aiesec.org/#/volunteering/631740 (the last digits in the Opportunity Portal link (internships.aiesec.org) is the Opportunity ID. 2. Go to EXPA (experience.aiesec.org) -> Click on Opportunities. Paste the ID behind. Alternatively, use https://experience.aiesec.org/#/opportunities/ID. Eg, https://experience.aiesec.org/#/opportunities/631740 3. TN Manager Names are shown.
4. Copy the name and paste it in the search tool bar, click on the TN Manager profile, then you’ll be able to obtain the email address.

Be clear with your available dates (min. 6 weeks) & be flexible
Remind them to ASK! For clear start and end dates
When will the result be announced? What is the visa type? Accommodation provide and any fee charged? Are meals provide with/without any fee charged?
Emphasize on the preparation time needed, eg. Visa application, health check, etc.
Ask EP what his concerns are about going to other countries
Promote on the project quality, project impact, country culture, cost, safety (whatever that they are concern about)
Emphasize on the limited forms left due to Global Summer Peak - everyone around the world is looking for projects!
