Know your 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses
Know some Malaysian culture at your finger tips

Be yourself and tell your story especially on team experience

Be clear with your available dates (min. 6 weeks) & be flexible
Remind them to ASK! For clear start and end dates When will the result be announced? What is the visa type? Accommodation provide and any fee charged? Are meals provide with/without any fee charged?
Ep insist to go to certain country, or certain project Emphasize on the preparation time needed, eg. Visa application, health check, etc.
Ask EP what his concerns are about going to other countries
Emphasize on the limited forms left due to Global Winter Peak - everyone around the world is looking for projects, projects are running out really fast.
Promote on the project quality, project impact, country culture, cost, safety (whatever that they are concern about)
