Responsibilities Development of the frontend of the website interfaces for AIESEC in Spain Ensure a good digital experience for the customers for the OGX/ICX products. Identify the mains developments and enhancements needed for website (aiesec.es). Create strategies for growth traffic on the website. Search for platforms, methodologies, tools which can help us to develop initiatives that optimize processes Create reports about projects implementation and traffics in the website.

Responsibilities To create and develop national campaigns to support hard selling and engaging messages for all our products To align with the MCVP B2C the different campaigns (message, duration, dates, deliverables). To manage and track the campaign implementation. To research about market trends in Spain and the world as benchmarking for the campaigns.

Position: Digital Experience Specialist

Responsibilities To create, develop and track lead nurturing campaign for ICX/OGX inside GetResponse platform. To ensure that online marketing and conversion platforms are optimized. To design and implement an email mapping flow for EPs oGX from Open to Completed. To propose and implement strategies for showcasing and brand advocacy.

Position: CSR Specialist & PD HR Specialist Responsibilities Development of the monthly/weekly planning Market research and prospection list of possible partners Sales development: generate contacts and different approaches (e-mail, LinkedIn, events, etc) to companies to generate the first physical/virtual meeting Going to sales meetings (if required) Support in the preparation of sales proposals Account management and follow up of proposals

Position: National Legal Coordinator

Responsibilities National responsible for the legalities of processes and products. Updating the compendium after every legislation along with LSC Coordinate the management of contracts (tracking tool for all local entities, evaluation and improvement of contracts). Review and update legal status and structure of the entity (including compendium and statutes) Ensure IS (Impuesto Sociedades) and Hacienda payment at all levels. Develop relations with target embassies to get VISA for non-european interns.
