Ignite your passion Why? Ignite your Passion is a project initiated by AIESEC to improve the quality of Spanish education and contribute directly to the overall goal number 4 quality education. In particular point 4.4 which aims by 2030 to increase substantially the number of young people and adults who have professional technical expertise, and access to employment, decent work and entrepreneurship. What is our Reality ? Young Spaniards face two main problems, education and unemployment. DROPOUT: Spain is the first country in Europe in school dropout in high school and freshman year of college. This leads to young Spaniards to find themselves unprepared for the future. YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT: This separation between the professional world and the education system generates one of the highest rates of youth unemployment in Europe, almost 46% according to the INE. The main reason for this is the misalignment between social and labor needs of our market and the current education panel, which leads not to develop the potential of youth disconnecting the workplace. Volunteers will be given different workshops and sessions to the students in order to ignite on them
