Because of this, students find themselves un prepare for the future. Youth Unemployment: there is a big a GAP between what we study in our education panel and what the market is asking for. Because of this, we have the second biggest youth unemployment rate in Europe, nearly 46%. Languages: Spanish youth is still in the last positions in the ranking of level of English. When we finish high school we don't have enough level of english to enter in the international labour market that we are more and more part of.

Some testimonials

83%

100% 100% of the participant ensure that this experience make them believe in their ability to make a difference in the world.

I think before I came, I sort of had the mindset that everyone thinks like an American. This was the biggest takeaway from my AIESEC experience -- that language and culture hugely shapes the way that people perceive the world around them. Talking with Spanish people made me a lot more cognizant of issues that I had never had to think about before; it gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of perspective, and how a person's background shapes the way that he or she views the world. Ekaterina, exchange participant from the United States 2016.

My AIESEC experience has, without a doubt, allowed me to explore my interest of teaching a foreign language abroad. Through this, I have come to realize that teaching is a passion of mine which I would like to pursue further. It has allowed me to grow as an individual and even more so when it comes to my long-term professional goals

83% of the participants can ensure that they developed the following skills: Ability to inspire and develop others. Transmit positivity through uncertainty. Show resilience in the face of challenges. There were many things that had exceeded my expectations during this experience. For one, I was warmly welcomed by two AIESEC members in Madrid, including my buddy, Fabio. They picked me up at the airport and dropped me and another AIESECer off near puerta del sol. It was really nice seeing the city centre right when I got off the plane. I enjoyed meeting all the other AIESEC exchange participants, and found out that two people were also from Canada! Another thing that I really enjoyed was the campsite I was placed in. The journey to Super Espot was a lot of fun. I loved meeting all the people from my camp and we all got along well. My coordinator definitely knew what he was doing and he tried as hard as he could to make sure everyone was happy and having fun. Through this experience, I was able to develop my teaching skills, skills dealing with younger children, and working through problems when faced with a challenge. After the camp ended, I felt very satisfied and fulfilled, like I had made a difference. Third, I really enjoyed being able to travel around Spain after the camps ended. Overall, this experience helped me learn a lot of things about myself. Exchange participants from the Canada 2016.
