Conference Objective 1.Newbies know four points: why AIESEC exist, how AIESEC impact this world, what we provide(Team experience, practical experience) and what is the connection between AIESEC and them 2. Newbies have clear mindset of core value of AIESEC in Taiwan, what kind of leadership AIESEC provide, member experience minimum of each function. 3. Newbies have commitment to AIESEC and know what to do in AESEC to achieve their personal development goals 4. After NC, newbies will know how to do functional work and be action-oriented

Conference behavior
Job description 1. Co-deliver the conference objective with session faci in Newbie Conference. 2. Support the quality of learning experience of Newbie in the conference. 3. The coach of each home group made up by 9 -12 Newbies from different LCs.
Obligation 1. Home group faci is required to participate pre-meeting before conference. North- SCU, 2020.10.09 (start at 13:30) South- NCKU, 2020.10.09 (start at 13:30)
Rights 1.The transportation fee for a round trip is subsidized by E&C. 2.The accommodation during conference and pre-meeting are covered. 3.The meals are covered during conference.
